Account deletion

Hello everyone,
Is there some way to delete my account (both subliminalclub.com and subliminalresults.com one)?
I want to delete both my accounts for a series of reasons, among them the fact that my support tickets are being ignored since the time I requested a refund. Now I think I won’t be refunded at all but who cares, at least I want to delete my accounts and have my data erased from subclub servers as is my right, but the sites does not seem to have a “delete account” option and they don’t reply to my account deletion request too. So if you know some way to delete accounts, please tell me how to do
Thanks to you all

We haven’t ignored anyone’s refund request (we never have), nor have we ignored an account deletion request. Most likely, we simply haven’t gotten to the ticket due to increased demands. What’s the ticket number?

Hopefully, this isn’t the scammer from Australia.

#4716 is my refund ticked (21 nov)
#4906 is my account deletion ticket (27 nov)

Why did you edit my post?

The content of your post is the same, I moved it out of the News and Updates section to the Questions and Comments section — the correct one.

If I wanted to hide something, I’d simply make your post unlisted and restricted to certain people, and I’d have no qualms in doing so, nor would I have a need to explain why I did it. But your entire post is still there, completely intact.

I’ll ask support to check on your tickets, but stop trying to insinuate things about me, or this company.

And yes, if the ticket legitimately contains a refund request within 30 days of your purchase, your request will be approved.

   Ok thanks.

User names self “Lets_see_if_it_works”, buys product, and then requests a refund… doesn’t get an answer immediately, so posts rather dramatically on the forum…

Well you could have stopped at the profile picture ahahah it’s a spy bro
No effort put into the disguise

he really didn’t care :joy:

Well this dude missing something by not sticking by, even if he’s some shady guy or not

Ps: It’s okay to make notice that something is going a bit too slow but as @BLACKICE mention it, no need to make a drama (maybe it isn’t and Mr. is just a bit paranoid, at least sounds like tho), if you’re right in your shoes, you’ll get what you want in the end

Either way, the refund request falls within the 30 day period, thus was approved (as always). We simply missed the ticket. As for the deletion request, when I get to that ticket, it’ll be honored. However, we may consider adding you to the sales blocklist, as people often do this to try and commit fraud. Purchase, ask for refund, ask for “the right to be forgotten,” then try to purchase more products. The blocklist is actually handled by the merchant account in a way that doesn’t violate the GDPR.

So who holds my data for the blocklist? I don’t care about being blocklisted, just about my data on your servers

Why is this guy been tolerated yet?

What data are you talking about?

He means his privacy information

Hi, too bad to see you go, all the best!

He can change all his details in his account. Can even delete bank or credit card info.

I think this was an unnecessary move. He could have just posted on the forum that his ticket wasn’t answered for a long time and SaintSovereign would have personally looked it up. or gotten support to look into it. Not the first person to have this issue.

It is not an important matter, but if you mean by missing a fault or forgetting, it is not good. I did not say it is bad! But you know it’s kinda a mistake.
And well I feel you, a ton of work and totally ok, because My ticket was answered after two weeks and I am completely ok. But this was a small flaw you know.

Uhm…that’s people trying to misuse the GDPR, too. In most EU countries you must retain data related to purchases for ten years. That would include purchase plus refund, because that’s two financial transactions, not the cancellation of the first- There’s no right to be forgotten there within that period…. Websites, forums, mailing lists and the like, yes, but not financially relevant transactional data.

Changing details won’t guarantee removal of my privacy info from their servers
