There are people who can do a lot with very slight exposure to subs. Their minds are highly receptive and the conditions are ideal for taking in, integrating, and applying new information.
Some of us, in contrast, need more repetitions, more exposure. It’s like the new message has to make its way through a maze in order to arrive at the inner sanctum of our creative, generative selves:

And then, for that ‘labyrinthine person’, the impulse to act and to express that information may also need to follow a similarly circuitous path in order to come to fruition as action.
No biggie. Just takes a bit more time. Just keep playing loops and working at action. Eventually the whole labyrinth will be saturated with the useful messages and action will flow just as easily as for anyone else.
Maybe the labyrinth is a kind of defense system for those of us who may be very easily overwhelmed or who may have had a few too many past experiences of running afoul of hurtful, harmful messages and information.
At any rate, there are also those who have the (probably subconscious) ability to orient themselves so that messages can be received and expressed very smoothly. “Flow factor”: the information flows right in and the actions flow right out. And the person easily “flows” in harmony with situations, tasks, and goals.

(If the info goes by Path 5, it’s just a straight shot right to the core. But, if necessary, they also have Path 3, their other more complex options for defense as well.)
So, my statement was saying that for a person with extremely high “flow-factor” they could, hypothetically, be able to do A WHOLE LOT with just a very brief exposure. Thus, they might also want to be more careful about over-exposure.
