Hey gang, what is everyone’s thoughts on the best sub to accept ones own shadow?
Like, that sub that helps you come face to face with the shadow without revulsion for yourself.
The sub that finally makes you stop hiding from the “worst” parts of you and lets you accept them?

Khan TB possibly. GLM makes self talk so much easier.
Whichever sub makes you feel like it’s out of alignment with the way you want to acquire your goals but is in alignment with the goals that you want, I’d say.
IIRC correctly, you’ve expressed that some hyper-masculine subs don’t resonate with you. Do you have a shadow around masculinity? What is your shadow? The sub that addresses that topic is the sub that would address your shadow.
i think the new reforged (copy just dropped 30 mins ago) could be perfect. Emperor Black has some shadow drive that gets harnessed towards a narrowly defined goal and a push to work towards it. Khan ST1 or Dragon Reborn Red ST1 would break down any limiting beliefs, around masculinity/everything respectively.
Regeneration helps everything go much much deeper, if it’s another sub already bringing up your shadow, and you feel the repulsion seeing it come up.

I figured it out - Alchemist Singularity
Integrating the duality between shadow and light, to bring the shadow into the light and shine the light on the shadow (or whatever)
Going to run it with RoS to focus the duality/singularity aspect on my inner self, and top with Summertime to take the edge off.

Regeneration with the Inner Spa feature already kinda does that.
Combine it with Love Bomb or Total Breakdown or Revelation of Spirit to add an additional specific shadow facing direction.
Hiding from the world is a shame, guilt and low self esteem issue.
The 4 mentioned subs all work on resolving these!

How has it been for you?
Do you find the shadow work to be simpler to do/integrate on EB?
Does it have that same “hard edge” for you that I remember from when it launched?
I get along really well with EB. The sub gives me a lot of energy.
I always like to come back to this whenever I feel like I need a boost of energy to handle a particular situation.
The shadow work was a bit exhausting at first, but that’s settled down now.
Since the release of EB the sub has consistently given me new insights.
I do think that EB makes things easier and helps you understand your darker sides better.
And i like the raw power it gives you. A real good feeling. You have to learn to harness this power. Maybe this is meant by “hard edge”.
So everyone has their own favorite subs that they get along with best and EB is one of my favorite subs.
I remember when I ran it I had a very “take no shit” type of attitude, kind of like less patience with people.
Maybe that was just recon though.
When you say it gives you energy, what do you mean?
For me, more energy means more motivation and stamina.
It simply gives me more strength to tackle things.
Then don’t go into shadow work 
Just run something like DR: regen or Summertime, there’s always value in these titles, should we chose to use the term shadow work more loosely.
Emperor: Reforged, for a pretty simple reason actually.
I don’t think you can have that type of revulsion for yourself and be the man that Emperor: Reforged is about. If you level up with that, it’s probably going to be addressed at some point. And on top of that, you’ll level up in a whole bunch of other areas as well.
