Hello, is it okay to run Ascension Chamber during a washout period? @AnswerGroup

Washout is a period where you don’t listen to any subliminals.

Ascension Chamber is a subliminal even though it is a special kind and basically The Primer script.

So no running Ascension Chamber during washout.

Okay, what about running AC during the 5 day rest period after a cycle?

It won’t be a rest period if you run Ascension Chamber.

See my friend. Am not telling you not to run Ascension Chamber during Washouts or Rest days. You can do it if you like but it will no longer be a Washout or Rest period.
