I want to ask that our subconscious mind accept the suggestion when there is strong feelings and emotions so how can subliminal Reprogram out subconscious mind because it doesn’t involve any feeling and emotions
Thought accompanied by strong emotions, either short-term or build-up over long-term creates strong subconscious changes.
An example is trauma which comes from long-term prolonged stress or short-term shock.

The subliminals are mind they will give direction whether you make an emotional experience from that is up to you. But nonetheless the suggestions will induce emotional responses.
