Once in the middle of a cycle? Yeah, I did that many times. I definitely recommend it.
As a washout? It’s barely enough, not sustainable in succession. Don’t bother with it.
In between listening days? It would work just fine.
during washout, i’ve done it before here and then but can’t afford recon right now that’s why I’m making sure
