Hi, i wanted ask something about my custom purchase.
In my download mail Order number is a different one than my purchase ( i have not any order with that order number in my q store purchases) Also the mp3 file has that wrong number written in it.
Did this happen to anyone else before? How did it resolved?
I sent a ticket (ticket id #24212) for it and also reply the download mail but wanted to ask beforehand.
It sounds like you received someone else’s order instead of yours, this’d happened before. Just let the support and admins here know, and they will send the right order. @RVconsultant @AnswerGroup

I’d imagine it could lead to recon in a few ways.
First if these are cores and modules that you aren’t aligned with.
Second, getting Bombardement with the wrong name. Let’s say your name is Michael Smith and the sub is for Wladimir Borisowitč Petrowski.
Even if it’s just Wladimir Borisowitč. I guess that could lead to recon as well.
Why would you run a custom that someone else created with their name?
Wasn’t my idea.
I was just speculating what could happen.
But do you know if there are known cases in the forum where someone listened to a custom from another customer?
Is it recon hell?
Could it still bring some results?
I guess it’d be like drinking someone else’s custom made smoothie, you might like it or it might be pretty gross to you

Nah I don’t think any member here would do such a thing, moral issue aside it would be useless and even confusing the mind.
HOWEVER, Saint did it for a member to find out if the custom was legacy mask or solace and apparently it was like this lol

1 You entered support ticket #24212 regarding your concern about the order number on your custom being different than the order number you entered. Yes?
2 Please provide the number of your order, as well as the date you entered the order.
3 Please provide the number that appears as the order on the custom file.
