A question on consciousness

I am in a stage of one of my self help programs and in that specific stage I develop my awareness of leaning in, dependence and negative self-talk-then I try to vanish them.
Since subliminals do that for me, I moved to stage two which is acting on intention such as I will goto toilet now; and word is bond- my word is my bond and I should fulfill what, and how and when; when I say it.
Usually they bind together, cuz setting intention is word.
I started doing it and I succeeded- but in a much micro level such as: I will move the mouse to rigjt upper corner of the screen-done-I will click on close button and so on. I realized that when you do this; you can decide better what to do and evaluate multiple scenarios on a micro level; imagine having the perfect present. The class holder said you shoulf do it for 10 minutes -once or twice- a day. I thought it would be hard for me/but I think I just started a momentum and I am even kinda more conscious after an hour an it is effortless!
The last time I listened to dragon reborn was a week ago and it was a one time listen. I never listened to alchemist. Another noticeable and considerable point was my focus which got very better and I liked it and I intended to do something and I did it.
The question arises, honestly
Is being conscious better or being controlled by a subconscious full of amazing beliefs put by the big dog in the industry?
I am thinking about using both, but what if it is not worth it and it will diminish sub-conscious results?
The course is about personal and sexual magnetism and developing willpower.

You don’t need to worry because you’ll always be doing both.

Consider the rotating planet Earth:

giphy

There will always be parts that are in sunlight and parts that are in shadow.

Your consciousness exercises are admirable and will strengthen and improve how you apply your consciousness. But they will never replace the areas of shadow. These are healthy and include everything from your heartbeat and your breathing to your blood flow, metabolism, and basic organ functions.

Our conscious awareness is not broad enough to include everything that we are doing.

So, do both.

Strengthen, clarify, and develop your conscious awareness and intention; and also feed, train, and nurture your non-conscious dimensions through the use of appropriate practices and technologies.

The answer is “C: all of the above”.

I think it more of a plain field than a ball
There is a ball of light on the field which is conscious
When the consciousness expands, the ball get bigger and encompasses more of the plain unconscious and unknown land of thoughts etc
What I want to propose is that with enough and lifetimes of expanding consciousness, one can Expand all his consciousness, someone like sadhguru.

Which program are you doing? I am really curious because I seem to remember that excercise of conscious movement.

I do believe it is almost impossible to be conscious of your whole unconscious. Plus there are some really dark areas, genetic memories etc.

But the point at least for me is about the expansion process more than the goal. It is like saying the point is the path not the destination. It doesn’t really matter if it is possible or not what matters is that you grow.

So with that

I believe it is better to be conscious but while you expand why not have the unconscious filled with amazing stuff also. They are not mutually exclusive

What program did you use?

I can’t remember this is why I ask. I think it might have been something like sexual magnetism or soemthing like that, it was from some guys who also had a sexual gaze program. But can’t really remember.
