I participate in men’s work and men’s growth community… the organization. I am a part of is different, I’d like to keep it anonymous, but the closest thing to it that’s globally available Is the mankind project.
Sacred Son’s has communities as well.
Just look up men’s work in your area. I’ve been processing all kinds of shame, blockages to action, limiting beliefs, and vision in men’s work for the last seven years. I’m 29, so I’ve been doing it since a very formative time in my life, And I’m so glad I have. It’s giving me a reputation as being, for many people, the most emotionally, intelligent person they’ve ever met, but it also gives me a network of people that in my opinion are infinitely more impressive, and we’re all kind of like a team Continually working on our personal development in isolation and together, and then coming back weekly to share about the exciting progress that we’ve made in our life.
So that’s a big one and the most accessible one. I also heavily processed sexual shame every time I go to a meditation retreat. That’s one of the main defilements that comes up.
I think divine diamond really helped me with my sexual shame as well… in contrast to something like the revelation of the nectar within, or primal night, which both have the goal of increasing performance as much as possible… Divine diamond is about making performance second to connection, and making the connection the incredible shocking experience… It just so happens that psychologically and biologically, the best performance that you could possibly give and receive comes from a place of feeling deeply safe and connected… So you get the best of both worlds… Especially since diamond is in divine diamond
