4 Module Purchase still processing

I make a purchase at q store for 4 modules. But the purchase didn’t get to “completed” status…

I sent a ticket about it and the reply was:

Your order came through with the four components you selected — Love Bomb For Humanity Core, Summertime Core, Heliotrope, and Sun-Kissed — but it doesn’t include a Build. The Build is a separate item in the store, and it’s the piece that lets you choose your build type and format (and mask options) and is what actually tells us to assemble and deliver your finished custom. Because there was no Build on the order, there was nothing for us to produce, which is why it’s been sitting as “processing” and you never received a delivery.

The good news is this is easily fixed: to complete your custom, you’ll just need to add the Build, where you’ll select your options and confirm the modules above. I’m very happy to walk you through choosing the right build type and format so it comes out exactly the way you want — just let me know and I’ll guide you step by step.

And ticket (#SC-514) closed with that but order still processing… what to do about this?

As long as the module order went through, you just proceed to the build order.

I already built some customs with purchased modules, but that order still marked as “Processing” maybe that should not bother me then? Since it will not cause any problems.

You’re good. It’s just a quirk of the system. I’ll manually change it to completed.
