I used the 2 subs on 1 day two days of 1 sub on another and will try another method which i read here somewhere coz of 2 heavy customs

I listen to one sub a day (a stack of 3 subs) for the whole week with a day off on Sundays.

I tried lots of patterns and this one works for me best. I listen to full loops only.

6 days a week, for 15 min loops each day?

Yes, 15 minutes(one loop) a day in total. It gives each sub around 3-4 days to get processed. This pattern is far better for me than the recommended one or any I tried.
