The Archive of Motion helps you develop your own patterns of stretch and movement that release what the body has been holding. The leg work for fluid kicking fits The Hands Know, which helps technique become instinct through steady repetition.

Speaking your mind comes from My Own Fire in Stage I. It helps you stop turning yourself down, the strong opinion and the full laugh included. The flirting fits The Open Flame, which helps your sexual presence become a plain fact about you that asks nothing of anyone. The Light that Blinds was also built to sit comfortably beside dating stacks, so the two do not pull against each other there.

@Endless — the Stage 3 and Stage 4 Cores each belong in their own custom. Khan Black asks for one Crucible core per build, and the two cores are used in very different ways, so the modules depend on which one you build around.

Before you build
The Stage 3 Core comes after Stages I and II have had their full time. If you have already run both, a Stage 3 custom is the natural next step. If not, a first Crucible custom carries the Stage 1 Core.

A Stage 3 Core custom
The Stage 3 Core needs a single direction. Choose eight to twelve modules that all point the same way as the core, go easy on healing modules, and keep it at Standard power until you know how the fire sits in you. Here are starting points for the three directions Khan Black names.

Wealth. True Sell develops the selling and negotiating itself and puts the fire behind the ask. Win-Win Negotiation helps you find terms that serve both sides while you still get what you came for. Instant Business Tactician works as an inner mentor that tells you how to run the meeting or resolve the situation in front of you. Cashflow Catalyst brings ideas for turning a skill you already have into income. For a second core, Khan Black’s classic alloy is an empire title, so the Emperor Core or the Ascended Mogul Core fits here.

Romance. Earthshaker – Sexuality builds an almost physical air of sexuality around you. Voice of Desire gives your voice a rich, grounded tone that carries warmth when you speak to women. Seductive Calibration helps you read the moment and know when to stay polished and when to push. Focused Arousal points your arousal at the people you actually want. Khan Black pairs Stage III with WANTED, Primal Seduction and Primal Nights, so the WANTED Core, the Primal Seduction Core or the Primal Nights Core fits as a second core.

Vitality. Inexhaustible helps push your endurance toward athlete level. Iron Discipline helps close the gap between deciding to train and doing it. SPS – Muscular System uses physical shifting to support the strength and repair of your muscles, which suits heavy training blocks.

Stage III makes everything around it hit harder, which is why the single direction matters. Mixing directions in one Stage 3 build works against that.

A Stage 4 Core custom
The Stage 4 Core is the exception. By Stage IV the work is complete and self-running, so the core needs no build designed around it. Put it in any later custom and give the module slots to whatever that custom is for. If you want the strongest configuration in the line, Khan Black places Stage IV beneath Khan, Emperor Black or Stark, and the Khan cores, the Emperor Black Core and the Stark Core all exist for that.

@Zero99 — no, The Elixir is not Sanguine plus healing. Sanguine and Sanguine: The Elixir share a base of confidence, optimism and brushing off negativity, but each carries a large body of scripting the other does not.

What each one does

Sanguine is the composure title. Its V2 upgrade added extensive relaxation, inner peace and balance scripting, which supports staying calm and ready to act in any situation while negativity slides off you. It helps you master anger, fear, jealousy and irritation instead of being pushed off balance by them. It keeps you level in conflicts, lowers stress, and supports sleep, focus and mindfulness. Its aim is everyday life, with a clear head so you are less likely to lose a good moment to a flash of emotion.

Sanguine: The Elixir is the healing title of the series. It adds light emotional healing that goes after the roots of negative emotion, so the same negativity is less likely to keep coming back. It carries scripting for gratitude, wonder and appreciation of life, support for the body’s own healing as old tension lets go, and self-love scripting reworked from A Love Bomb For Humanity. That self-love radiates outward, and people tend to answer it with kindness. The Elixir is designed to be hands off: you mostly accept the peace and let it flow. Even light healing can stir old feelings, so give yourself room to process them.

When each is the better choice

Sanguine fits when the negativity is in the present: stress, reactivity, other people’s moods, or losing your temper or nerve at the wrong moment. The Elixir fits when something older keeps feeding the negativity, or when you want warmth, gratitude and self-love as much as composure.

With Primal Seduction

Sanguine is the better partner. Primal Seduction is an active title that works best when you are out meeting people. It asks you to stay relaxed and excited as you open, and to stay resilient through rejection. Sanguine supports exactly that, with deep calm under pressure, composure in charged moments and negativity that rolls off. It also keeps the stack lighter, because it adds no emotional-healing layer on top of Primal Seduction, which is already a demanding title on its own. The Elixir can still sit beside it, since a healing title next to an action title is a sound pattern. Its healing may bring up old feelings during the weeks you want to be out engaging, though, and its hands-off design suits quiet inner work more than nights out.

Daily life and around women
The first weeks are mostly felt from the inside. Inner Gasoline helps make your sexual energy more potent and abundant while you stay in control of it. Focused Arousal points that arousal at the women you actually want, and often at more than one. Love Bomb starts its inward work on self-love at the same time.

After that it starts to show in public. At the gym or in a coffee queue, Earthshaker – Sexuality helps you carry an almost physical air of sexuality through the day. Aura of Craving helps you be fun to be around, so your company is easy to enjoy. There are currently 33 ESSENCE modules in the Q-store: potent distillations of the core functionality of major programs. They seem to capture the essence of a major program and yet they are, strictly speaking, less. Less dense. Less heavy (though still heavier than the average non-ESSENCE q-store module).

Question:
If we were to compare the unfolding effects of ESSENCE: As I Heal in comparison to Paragon Complete how might they differ or be the same?

Let’s imagine that all else is equal. The listener is of average mental-emotional openness to the subliminal; of average action-taking capacity. The listener is of average current health (there is room for improvement in health, but they are not intensely ill.) In other words, of ‘average’ situational readiness for the effects of the programs. The listener is not overloading or kitchensinking the stack. Let’s also assume for the sake of this thought-experiment, that the ESSENCE module is not heavily diluted by anything else in the stack. So to keep it straightforward, let’s imagine a 3-module custom with ESSENCE: As I Heal and A/SPS: Organs and A/SPS: Eyesight in comparison to Paragon Complete alone.

What might be the differences for the above-described individual in how the ESSENCE module expresses over time compared to how the full major program version might express over time?

Could we expect very similar results, but perhaps taking a bit longer time for the ESSENCE module to achieve the same targets? Or might it be a relatively parallel process in terms of duration and breadth/depth of effects?

Would this be more or less the case for most ESSENCE modules compared to their Major Program equivalents?

(I realize that this is a VERY artificial question since in actual practice most ESSENCE modules will be submerged within the context of multifarious Custom Subliminal modules—chosen in line with the particular user’s idiosyncratic priorities and preferences—that will interact with and modulate the effects of the ESSENCE module. This question is intentionally simplified for the purpose of comparing ESSENCE modules to their Major Program counterparts.)

Over the last years of Terminus and Terminus2 builds, what are the main patterns of effect, criteria of appropriateness, or other special observations that have been observed? Are there any characteristics or profiles of a Terminus-appropriate listener or listener use-case? Are there any common or typical ways that Terminus-build programs tend to express their effects or impacts?

At least, so far, up to this point in time, what, in general, can we say about the comparison between Terminus and non-Terminus listening experiences and listening effects? And even more theoretically, what might we say about the ‘why’ of these contrasts?

Wow. That would be one heck of a powerful stack. PEACE + GLM are very complimentary with each other as they are both “revealing” and “unveiling titles” and so they compliment each other.

Well, the new iteration of Renaissance Man has been unveiled. It’s beautiful. And now I have another question to ask.

Background

My core subliminal is called INTERFACE. I have always been a very interiorly-oriented person, and INTERFACE is in large-part about helping me to journey the divide between inner, imaginal process and meaningful, productive, creative engagement with the world and society. I realized that to connect with a world that has often seemed incompatible, I would need an INTERFACE a way of connecting and of translating my natural processes into terms that can survive in the world and even benefit the beings and spaces that are here around me. Carrying visions and ideas into manifest, productive fruition. A kind of ‘space suit’ that enables me to negotiate the at-times alien and unforgiving landscapes and environments of our modern world.

I wondered what I would do when I saw the new Renaissance Man.

You can probably see that there are a number of modules that are my way of capturing the same functionality embodied in Renaissance Man (Visionary, ESSENCE: The Wonder and the Mystery, The Revelation of Product Creation; and to a lesser extent, even Living Truth, ESSENCE: The Alchemy of Money, and One Purpose).

For now, I’m considering my options. There are only 12 modules in my custom. (Were I to rebuild I could drop the two Experimental Modules, since they are now subsumed within the ZPU build.) It is, technically, possible for me to add a third Major Program core. But I have been wooing and holding to parsimony for some time now in my stacks and my programs. It’s rare for me to play more than 2 programs at a given time. And I aim to keep the programs unified, focused, and even ‘light’ to some degree (though light and powerful). I haven’t run a custom with more than 2 program cores in years.

It seems to take me a long time to grow results. That’s probably at least partially because the directions I insist on pursuing typically involve my greatest challenge points. I’m not complaining. That’s what I want, so I’m going for it. But I’m leery of overloading.

Renaissance Man aligns resonantly with the principles and paradigm of INTERFACE. I’m actually considering a rebuild that somehow integrates it (Stage I: The Creative Engine). I do NOT want to sacrifice either R.I.C.H. or Ecstasy of Gold Stage 2. They have a lot of work to do in me, and they’re just beginning, at the 7-months point, to show their potential and results.

Question:

Can you offer general counsel, given the above observations, about integrating (or not integrating) new Renaissance Man into either my INTERFACE ZPU custom or my stack? I’ll keep thinking on it. But seems like a question worth asking here.
