If I run a terminus for 30 sec - 2 mins starting from 3rd sep - 14th sep, with 5 days off now, can I start a new custom or will I have to finish the 21 days first, even if I’m resting on those days?
My 21 days is supposed to be on Monday, I’ve used terminus three times now during this period

so when you say solo, you mean just running the terminus custom and nothing else? If so then yes, I’m running it solo
Forgot to mention that I have 2 cores in my custom and less than 10 modules I think

Remember that Terminus is more of an experimental format. Some people, it seems to work well. Others, perhaps not so well. Perhaps more rest days is something you could experiment with.
So when running terminus I usually air on the side of caution. I run microloops, except for two days ago when I ran it for the full 15mins. My 21th day will be on Monday, but I had a question. Does it count as a washout if you take breaks before the 21 days are up? I wanted to start a new custom on Tuesday but was not sure whether the washout days start after the 21 days, so I have to wait till next week? Wasn’t sure, hope to get clarification on this, thanks
I’m not sure what you’re asking. Rest days or break days are every other day during the 21 day listening cycle.
If you had a 21 day listening cycle, please remember what the current recommendations are regarding the 5 days of rest before listening again.
sorry for the confusion, basically, I started using my terminus custom on the 3rd of sep and the 21th day will be on Monday. I wanted to run my new custom on Tuesday, I haven’t used terminus since the 19th of sep, so two days ago. I plan on taking a break till Monday then start my new custom on Tuesday. So when Monday arrives, I’ll have 5 days off from listening to any subs, is this okay to do?
Here’s the way I think of rest times. Be they rest times during the listening cycle or washout rest times: a few more extra rest days from time to time, might be beneficial. I’ve wondered if those rest times are just as important as listening days.
Now I understand the desire to get to the new program. Excitement and adventure awaits and calls out to you. I also know that self-discipline can be important.
If it were me, I would stay with the 21 days cycle. Do the 5 days of rest. Then start the Terminus.
I don’t know why but during washouts, I get the worst form of recon. Maybe thats why my brain wants to switch to another program so bad.

I’ve been meditating a lot. I actually sketch/draw as a form of meditation while listening to merconi union weightless song as a way to deeply relax, I’ve found that it helps with my recon, a little bit
