After years I discovered that 2 titles is optimal for me however, sometimes you want to work toward more than what 2 titles has to offer.
Over the last few months I tried out a new technique for sub listening, 2 title touch and go.
Very simple, you keep a 2 title stack max, run both titles on the same listening day.
Once a week, or less often as needed, you run the third title by itself, then resume listening on the next day as if nothing happened.
What this has allowed me to do is keep solid focused momentum forward, while slowly working through any blockages associated with the third title without excessive distraction.
The ultimate outcome is that by working title three in slowly like this I was able to effectively bypass the adjustment phase and get into bloom.
If it lands with you, try it.
Takes a lot of the stress out of deciding what titles to try.
In theory as long as the third title is run every 2 weeks, you can use as many titles as you want.
This has also seemed to help me extract small amounts of a title that I’m interested in and integrate it.
For example, say you only want a few aspects of a title and don’t want to commit to it for whatever reason, this strat can help with that.
Also good for testing without losing forward momentum.
Have fun.
