2 day washout? 5char

Is there anything wrong with a 2 day washout or is that too short?

All iv listened too recently is 3 minute lots loops and then 3 minute paragon loops, all solo not stacked,no signs of recon

that’s called a weekend. lol. not a washout.

I tested 2, 3, 4, 5.

4 is enough if you do less than 10-12 active days in a cycle.

3 is the bare minimum, barely enough.
It’s not sustainable if done consecutively.
I won’t recommend this.

2 does nothing, lol.
Even when i added multiple in a cycle.

You can always increase the number of days for a washout but if you decrease it then it serves no purpose.
Maybe your body will get a bit of a breather.

The new tech is powerful, It lasts way longer even for Micro loops so i would suggest atleast 3 days

How did you conclude this?

A lot of rules don’t make a lot of sense for new comers who rush in without patience, just like the “start with one sub at a time and add or change only one sub per cycle”. Some people who have already a lot more experience think the can do better some do, experimenting successfully.

Here is my take:
If you have a “washout” that is too short, you don’t know what is happening. In my experience it helps to give the sub some time to bloom and also wear a little off if possible. Why: You don’t always know when you are in recon and which effects really came through (executing) the sub.

Same about only one sub starting per cycle. If you run into recon, how would you know which sub it is that is causing the recon, how do you know which sub to dial back on listening time if you overexpose.

The more powerful the subs become the more people should start with micro loops, keep rest days, take washouts and respect the recommendations/listening guidelines.
