That is known as a āstackā.
Youāll be okay. 2 customs are still considered to be manageable when listened to in one day. You can listen back-to-back or you can space them out in that day. Either way is fine.
Once you have three programs, however, there are alternate listening schedules that are recommended.
The whole goal is to not overwhelm yourself with so much content that youāre unable to do anything useful with what youāve taken in.

a stack can be spaced out in the day? i thought you can only do that with ascension chamber. Iāll try it later with my stack.

Yes, you can arrange the listening however you like. Just try not to go over 2 programs in the same day; unless youāve already established that doing so can work for you (or are in the process of testing that possibility).

Iāve often had better results when I space them out.
Right now Iām doing Genesis solo for another week. When I listen back to back (2 loops) I feel slightly fried mentally.
But when I put one in the morning and one in the afternoon, it goes really well. Thereās much more integration. Iām also not stressed due to overload.
The latter way reminds me of pre-Q releases, when Iād run subs all day. When Iād be feeling and thinking about a subās suggestions all day, I made changes much quicker.
Spacing them out now feels similar.

Listen to your body. Use measurables like āOverloadā or āReconā rate it out of 10, and try to hover between levels 3-5, so you donāt lose productivity
