Just imagining making a name embedded custom using only LB and Summertime.
Months back I remember reading using only cores wasn’t allowed. I don’t know if things have shifted, so I’m asking.
I got this idea from reading the Labs thread.

if I remember correctly, 2 cores are currently allowed if you are following the progressive microloops schedule

Just ordered one on 21 March 2026 and I’m running it now.
I’d been working through Alchemist and Khan Black again, in parallel. Once I got to level 4 of them both, I decided to combine them into one synergistic hybrid.
And yes indeed, as @anon15812918 affirmed, I’m using the microloop progression schedule. (That’s just prudent these days. We’re in ZPU-waters.)

I’m writing this post under the assumption that 2 core name embeds are allowed:
I would encourage you before entering such a build to do the following:

think about it relative to any objective you have

keep the build focused.
Example of focused: RICH plus Mogul
Example of not focused: Sage plus Primal Nights

get community input

check it via the LABS link

as a final check, run it through the ai systen. (I can’t sing its praises enough!) Even though I didn’t agree with all of the ideas (because of certain parameters I set for myself), its rationales made sense. This could be done by entering a ticket into the new support system. Please be patient as the tickets are first examined by someone rather than going directly to an ai.

It’s allowed, it’s a a great idea. It’s now my default strategy.

Be careful with exposure though. I’ve been running a single 2 core name embedded for over a month with 0 recon on full loops.
Added a second 2 core name embed, and hit over exposure.
So density increases pretty darn quick.

I just got home from work, and RV’s response made me think about my goals. I’ve felt a little thrown around by my Emperor custom, as EOG mixed with it has been challenging to my normal life choices. I remember users of the new EOG’s stage 1 saying it brought on a lot of healing, and I’ve felt a lot of that.
Original goals
Feel more masculine and sure of myself
Change my default financial thinking of running from or sabotaging every good move.
Feel less afraid of life–by actually living it and facing it.
To face life more like an adult vs a kid
Present goals and focuses
To face that singular block that constantly says NO to joy, happiness, and ultimately, success.
To possibly allow others in (I faced that today with a coworker, a really good guy)
Explanation: I’ve been seeing through that financial veil I’ve been looking through all my life. It’s not a ton of memories. It’s like one belief that is constantly trying to keep me safe. So when I make a financial choice that looks or smells like success, I’ve sabotaged it. It’s viewed as a real threat.
So, @RVconsultant, I challenge myself here. What do I really want that I’m missing?
Love
Self acceptance
Happiness
Good, healthy relationships
To not be afraid of love or of being loved
And a big one: some self-forgiveness.
Since I’ve not had a lot of self-love, I’ve relied on others for it. And fear of people seeing that truth (and possibly rejecting me) is the reason I’ve kept so many walls up. In other words, I’ve isolated myself from others because damn, I wanted to feel safe.
I didn’t think I’d come here and (fight) for this… because being truly loved has seemed terrifying. Other stuff looks GOOD, STRONG, or… like just another shield for me to carry. So I’d not see the real me.
But it’s something I truly need. That’s why it draws me to LB.
(Honest thoughts in my head: I wondered about my masculinity as I finished above)
Edit. I yearned for Bro’s benefits weeks back when I read the page. I feel like a small child writing that, as having brothers was my life up to age 11.
Imput welcomed. I feel all sappy now (definitely not feminine though). Having brothers and people I could trust is gold to me. That’s something I’ve very rarely touched.

I did one full loop of Stark Black many months back just to see…
And I was instantly reminded WHY I never do full loops: recon hell.
I still remember my first micro loop. It was on DR, a 5 minute loop, and suddenly healing didn’t totally SUCK.

Regen: I did 2-3 weeks on it when it came out. I had some of that burning recon on it my last week, and I justified pulling off of it. The recon was something I was definitely trying to keep buried. I never experienced the healing spa effect. Full truth: I’ve been realizing my expectations of it and other healing subs, ironically, was I not feel what I was afraid of. That’s been my understanding of what “safe” meant. Dumb, but true.
Summertime: did my second listen 10 minutes ago. First was Sunday night. I believe it’s relaxing me. Wishing to experience more based on other’s responses.
AOH: A single loop at least 6 months back. Very relaxing. Very obvious results. I walked into work, and I felt kind of excited. I thought it remarkable when my coworker said, of all things, “You are happy today”. I believe I didn’t repeat it since…umm…it was unfamiliar. My emotions, most of the time, have been stuck in fear mode.
Longest sub use: DR st.1
Second longest: Emperor
But when I finished my last St.2 run, I felt strong. I felt capable and able to handle life. That security I’ve craved from Emperor I felt on my DR St 2 custom.
I’m going to pull off. I just got off a 12 hour shift and I’m crashing.

What if instead of a 2 core name embed, you did a one core with Inner Spa? (I’m assuming that is an option to do.)
When you read the description of Inner Spa, do you think it would help?

LB with Inner Spa. That addresses most of my needs right there.
It’ll address that constant strain of suppression/denial going on while facing growth. I’ve been facing that almost daily with Essence: Love of Gold.
And I’ll be reminded that I matter. That I’m worth something. I remember experiences on it 2 years back.
LB shocked me, as I felt and saw things I didn’t even know were possible for me.

I submitted a ticket just a few days ago and that was part of my question. Absolutely you can run 2 name embedded cores. Like @anon15812918 mentioned, you want to use the current progressive microloop schedule.

I originally feared it since others were reporting a lot of recon. But I desired what it offered since most images of love were just that. Images.
I could go on and on, but damn, just saw the time. Gotta get out the door.

I stated clearly that I wanter to get qos answer in my ticket. However, I received 3 to 4 sentence sum up the synergy of 2 titles, and the sum up sound similar to lab website.
I asked in old support website, not the new one. So I will try to reask in new website.
