Anyone found that 15 minute loops work better as compared to 3,5 or 7 minute loops?

15 minute loops work fine for me, so I’ve never experimented with shortening the time.

I have intuited using 15 mins and 7 mins at different times. I just switched back to 7 mins for my last listen, but before that I was running 15 mins per title during my stack

In the beginning 2-3 months I only did 15 min of each title .
Then I switched to a Dragon Reborn st4/Elixir custom and since the start of the 2nd cycle (this cycle) I do 10 min loops and my results are immediately and no recon or overload.
Also its very manageable and at the end of the non listening day I am ready for another loop

I ran 15min since zp was released. But this cycle I tried 7min and it seemed more or at least as effective for my customs.

Not really felt much of a difference running less minutes but 3 mins did make me a feel more energetic I suppose
I just run the 15 mins as normal

I was running for 15 minutes when Zp started. After some time I tried 7 minutes then 5, and this cycle doing 3 minutes.

I cannot do 15 minutes without encountering too much recon. In the past, I had a higher tolerance for recon because I wasn’t a full-time entrepreneur. Now, I can’t deal with too much recon, lest SubClub starts going downhill. I stick with 3 mins or 5 mins.

Anybody find that listening to a lower volume helps with recon? I’m talking below 11% volume…

I lisen to the lowest or 2nd lowest volume.

I am trying to listen to the lowest volume possible. Almost that I hear only something here and there. I mean in the default custom’s mask you have a waterfall and based on that I have set my volume level.
When I was listening louder it has a bad impact on me.

Normal is waterfall, solace is + 30 dollars and honestly I am perfectly ok with default one
