I’ve already done Stage 1, Stage 2, and was just about to dive into Stage 3 so I am wondering where the Ultima fits in with my routine.
I think so. Just clarifying there isn’t any “playing over and over” with one loop 
If you mean DR Ultima it is best to wait until you´ve been on st4 for 2-4 weeks.
Thank you for clarifying. Ultima, no. I was referring to DR Qv2 that should be available soon. Over and over the same day? No.
If you want to do DR Ultima, have you listened to DR stage 4 for a minimum of 30 days? If not, might want to hold off on DR Ultima.
1 loop a day of 1 program. Notice the results. Then decide what to do next.
