An awkard question but if someone loses one of their earbuds would listening through just 1 be enough? Or are there different affirmations from the left and right earbud?
Please purchase another pair of earbuds or headphones. It doesn’t have to be expensive. They will still work.
Keep things simple. Else we will be worried about things that aren’t as important as we think they are.

I opened a ticket too and they said the script is the same on both sides of the stereo headphone so i just wanted to ask on the forums to be sure

I have posted this a few times here, but I have owned every generation of air pods as well as the bose quietcomfort air buds, and to me, the iphone wired headphones for 15 bucks are still the best(if noise cancellation isn’t important to you):
And if you don’t have an iphone, they sell adaptors for like 5 bucks to make it compatible to any port.

Said has saint that the subliminal is made for stereo, it’s better played as such.
I’ve tried using sub with a pair of $1 earphones. They worked.
That’s more than sufficient as a temporary replacement before you get new headphones.

Use two. If you cant afford replacements right now. Get something cheap from the local dollar store or drug store. Worst case use speakers.

This recommendation of getting high quality headphones (flat response) was because of a specific technology SC was using years back (Ultima).
The technology and recommendations have changed since.
Although some people use high quality headphones, such headphones are not necessary any more. The important thing is to get the messages in the SC products into your brain.

This is against guidelines, but I got the best results from running Stark Black consistently listening while driving.
I would play my loops while driving to work in the morning since my drive is further than the 2 subliminals I was listening to.

Devil’s advocate. Yeah, it’s worked and I’ve gotten results from it. Still prefer both ears though.
Just me guessing, but it might be because you’re preoccupied with something else and potentially in a somewhat relaxed state, helping it truly be subliminal. I like listening while also having music playing on top or watching a show.
If the titles are made in stereo, you are definitely missing out on part of the script. This could potentially screw up the messages you are getting from the audio.
I have a set of wired headphones. A decent pair is around 30-40 euros. You don’t need ultra high quality unless you don’t mind making the investment. A cheap pair can work too, but check if they are stereo. I looked at some cheap ones, but most of them were mono.
Don’t get headphones with noise cancelling. They can also distort the script.
Just turn it off. ANC is feature you can manage through an app or with touch controls.
@Judoka You can get a replacement for your i30s for like $30 USD bucks on amazon. If you wanna get something a little spicer you can get a renewed (used) pair of Soundcore A40s for $43 USD. I used this almost exclusively last fall.
