If I have just one core in my custom subliminal will the only core give fast results than having 2 cores ?

It depends. If you were to run one core (Primal Seduction) but suffered from social anxiety and low self-esteem, for example, then your progress would be slower than when using that core (PS) and a second core (DD) that would boost your social confidence and soft skill that would aid PS really nicely.

I have LotS as a core in my physical shifting custom, can you suggest me which core can help me amplify the results of LotS?
And if I add love bomb as a second core with LotS will it slow down the results of LotS?
How fast you make progress depends more on action you take and the level of synergy between the external and the internal than on what other programming you’re using but there are better and worse choices when it comes to choosing your programming. I wouldn’t stack those cores as they’re goals are very different. I would rather run a custom based on one of them. So ask yourself, what’s your main focus and foundations you want to build. What program would be more suitable: LotS or LBFH and build your custom upon the chosen one.
It depends on whether what LotS offers is your main focus, if that’s the case, what kind of action you’re going to take to achieve your goals, what your circumstances, obstacles are etc. Then you could choose your second core accordingly. If it’s about working hard at the gym mainly, then I think Spartan would be a great compliment to LotS as it offers a great mindset and other goodies.
