Out of curiosity, is this the first time you’ve become aware of that inferiority complex? Was it not sharply pushed to your conscious awareness while you were on various alpha/seduction subs before?
I am asking because I strongly suspect that I have something similar going on related to performance expectations.
Not that I recall, I am quite the avoidant type bcoz of inferiority complex. But this could also be why I get tremendous reconciliation on those subs like K St1

The recon with this new version of Heartsong is similar to the recon with the new KHAN: It mostly stays subtly and gently in the background and then, every few hours its hard with short extreme emotional outbursts.
Right now, it is definitely working hard for me on deep seated issues related to self love.

I haven’t run Khan in any of its forms but I was just thinking earlier today that the healing and recon of this are both light and gentle.

Every date with my gf feels like time completely slips by with such ease, we have fun like we are in our own little world.

However, the picture I was going for was:
Heartsong, amongst other things, is well suited for learning self-love.
Love Bomb does the same, I’m sure in a deeper way, but goes further into leading others ‘love’s way’. Saint said something about a ‘love alpha’, if I recall.
Hence, the reference to the Heartsong song.

Hmm, interesting, sounds like lovebomb is overall superior to heartsong if that’s the case

I wouldn’t say “overall” as they have different goals/objectives, and depending on what you need one might be better than the other, but in general neither is “superior.”

You’re doing yourself a disservice by overloading your stack with 2 Black titles and 2 normal ones. For comparison, a single Black title is recommended starting out - you have 2 in a 4 stack (which is also not recommended - maximum is 3).
Do yourself a service and choose the path of more results and greater effectiveness - cut it down.

The options are so hard though! I’m not sure. maybe a triple stack with the 2 blacks and heartsong. as those 2 blacks seem to work really well hand in hand, and heartsong is my ultimate goal (soulmate, long term partner).
Right now I’m doing SB + heartsong, 1 day break, then primal + primal nights…
Do you think SB + WB + heartsong will still be overloading? @Fire

A general tip is going down on loops as in start with 1 - 3 min of each and scale up or down afterwards.
