Hugely underrated sub title. It heals and soothes in equal measure, less harsh that Dragon Reborn 4 with the added benefit of staying calm.

So I gave this a try and yesterday was my second loop, just using it as a booster for now btw.
Honestly this sub is pretty amazing ngl, it really helps with a lot of negative emotions and it does turn them into positive emotions very easily. Either just getting you to calm down via perception shift, or in the case of yesterday, it made me face the emotion head on and figure out what was really going on.
I do have a lot going on in my life atm so I can’t really afford to use healing all the time, but I do definitely plan to keep this as a booster (microloops) if I am having a hard time with my emotions.

I just got it and wanted to give it a try so I ran a 5min loop of this yesterday afternoon, a few hours after my two loops of BDLM and I now officially know what this famous ‘recon’ is all about.
It was very rough, I got a huge headache that lasted all evening and all kinds of very uncomfortable feelings and physical tensions and releases, it was quite dramatic. It forced me into having to deal with it so I took a very hot shower, stretched, did breathwork, cried, screamed, sort of vomited to release energy, it all helped a lot but in the end the headache was still too much so I took one of those nice codeine painkillers I have left from a surgery and it all went away and I had a great time.
It was interesting feeling how my brain was so pushed to process stuff and all this energy moving around in my body forcing blockages and tensions to release. Very wild but today I woke up feeling very good and it was a beautiful sunny day, in these short winter Norwegian days anytime the sun is out it’s ecstasy!!

There are satellite Internet providers. Not sure how they are now. They used to be shit. Where it was satellite for download or upload (forget which) but you still had to have dialup for the other half.
Or there are ISPs for rural folk where it’s a directional antenna that points toward some central office/hub and serves the connection that way.
We had that for a bit when I still lived in Kansas.

I’m almost at a week drinking The Elixir with short 3-5min loops every other day and it’s so sweet, I’m starting to see awesome results from this sub, I am becoming more aware, the healing is deep, I feel like I’m in the Eye of a Healing Storm, lots of useless junk is about to get broken, it’s a little scary but very exciting and totally safe.
It’s happening and it’s amazing! I live with a close friend and our interactions are shifting where I chose more often to end certain conversations by simply staying quiet and feeling satisfied with the exchange and so at peace with myself, to which she has responded everytime by laughing a lot and feeling deeply touched, it’s activating her own healing just by sharing time together! Yesterday evening she was watching something and I just sat right next to her and after 10 sec she just started laughing and laughing, I thought it was something funny in the show but she said it was my presence that was making her so happy. It’s really incredible!
This was such a weird but magical experience! I went to pick up something by car and my friend was accompanying, she likes to play copilot and at some point made me take a wrong turn (sometimes I listen 
) , it added 20km to the ride and triggered some usual angry and frustrated thoughts from me, they tend to dissolve quickly as I’m pretty good at letting go in general (I thank my teenage initiations to the Large Sky of Diamonds and Meditation for this one 
) , but this time it’s like the thoughts and the emotional load of my usual reactions was immediately washed away and I was left with deep peace, appreciation for the moment and then realisation of the true reason this ‘not a mistake’ happened and total, deep satisfaction for being alive in this beautifully and meaningfully orchestrated play of events and unfoldement of Life.

I just read my previous post and realised it’s not even close to a week, I think I ran 4-5 short loops total within a few days and it feels like reality is streching and days are loooong and intense!

Do I need to listen to STE first before using Regeneration?
To this day one of the best and most life changing subs Ive ever used. Definitely in top 3 for me. Best part? You dont even need to use it for too long to get all those long term wonderful results.

Personally, I struggled to run it after it became Sanguine: the Elixir, and preferred the Elixir.
I could feel a dive into deeper depression. Perhaps that was recon. But I had to abort because if that continued, it would be too disruptive to my life.
It didn’t seem to elevate or boost me emotionally enough to weather that storm.
Everyone’s different. I wanted to love this sub. I’ll have a crack at it again when NSE is introduced, and hopefully I will take well to the new version.
