I got a manifestation this past Thursday that felt very much like Chosen (which I’m not running). Maybe it was related to HoM and some other modules in my customs.

I can see elements of ’ seduction’ persuasion with HOM but it manifests for me as more scatter-shot then targeted. I’m throwing value everyone’s way. I won’t waste power or focus- on any one person or convincing. This my actually be recon/ still in development because I have an aversion to ‘working’ on people. For now this is how the sub plays out with me.
While I do see these elements of seduction/influence, to me that is a small slice of the pie of how HOM engages. For me it’s all inside of relatedness. Side by side, and partnership.
Even though I do believe we all have have a part of us that is a victim and perpetrates, I wouldn’t use the word victim to describe HOMS effects on others. Anyone who is ‘my target’ on HOM would get equal or greater benefits to whatever I’m attempting to influence them on.
Khan, Emperor, even PCC have much more ‘predatory’ (not really but in line this analogy) capacity in terms in influence/ dominance.
On HOM there is nothing I would want from another that wouldn’t benefit them.
I posted some of my thoughts on true sell in my other thread.
Its clear its charisma and persuasive powers are very strong. My ‘showmanship’ is much stronger on it. They say in sales you don’t have to get anyone to believe what your saying, you have to get them to believe you believe what your saying. True Sell definitely delivers on that.
I’m not clear on how effective it is at making it about the other people, understanding there world, curiosity, and speaking into that. I have not seen that side of it yet. As of now it stands more strongly like an influencing sub but obviously much more testing to go.
I’ve been running true sell for a few weeks now. It’s replaced Emperor in my stack.
As my new work is predominantly sales. The calls are booked for me and I just finished training so only done one call that went well and could convert for an 20K sale. I would have done better to go harder in a strategic way on the call, then for a follow up. As follow up close is significantly lower % than on call. Ce-la vie-The goal is one call closes.
I’ve been running EOG stage 2, Emperor HOM, and True Sell.
I want to point out a few things. Obviously this is my experience so I wont qualify every statement with that. However I do believe I have a strong enough sense to tell what the sub does and doesn’t do.
Some recon.
Some factors it’s missing so far either from recon or in the sub.
I’m pretty wiped so may be seeing through a particular lens, I’ll review again in the morning
All be in sales calls day in and day out so I’ll really get a sense of the power of this.
With a sub like this and putting in the work -if average close rate is 10% (high ticket 20-70K) there I’d expect to be doing at least 20%
This is my problem with diplomacy subs
Tell us if this persists or stops
It stopped
Posted in my journal
closed $25K in sales today. With pendings and new leads on my way to 50k+
This is superlative for 2nd real day at work.
On EOG Stage 3, True Sell, HOM. True Sell definitely plays a part- EOG really makes true sell all business for me.
First step of victory in sales- nothing over yet- My goal is to get up to 100K in sales a week. Which would beat the company best by 150K.
Still looking to close victory in Biz Dev- 2M in one investment 5M in another. Have way more flow in sales than Biz Dev. Biz Dev hitting a wall. Going to analyze that and what’s needed in my journal.
True Sell is masterful
will post at more length about that.
getting clarity on the difference between it and HOM for sales is very interesting
There obviously compatible
Again it’s fantastic and game changing at certain things and a couple things really jump out as missing on true sell to be the absolute monster it could be.
I had thought this might be recon, and it could be, but I’ll comment for now then take a day or two off to reassess.
Feedback make true sell better or a new version True Sell Black!
I can agree on a lot of this. I feel like because it’s an overall charisma sub, it can miss the mark a bit when used as a pure sales sub.
H.O.M is great as well, but if your looking for ambition, productivity, and pure confidence on your calls stark may be the way to go.
I’ll be experimenting with this soon and keep you posted. Right now I’m using stark and rich as financial subs for me are an absolute must have for sales. I will be stacking true sell though here soon.
yes, please
I want that on the court experience and feedback when it comes to this.
True sell is a game changer, it’s just how to use it and incorporate it.
I’ve closed $35K in 7 days - on my first week so far. Will have made close to $6k from the first two weeks alone. Which is high performance in general but exceptional for my first week so True Sell/ HOM is working to some degree for sure.
EOG stage 3 may play a part but weirdly may be actually holding the others back in terms of recon and alignment, dilution, or may be creating other opportunities, not clear yet.
@Niles Are you running just Stark and RICH?
No HOM or EOG anymore? A tighter stack might be better for pure performance.
@Jouissance swears by EOG stage 1 for sales.
EOG seems to bring in crazy easy opportunities for sales. But also has me thinking sales is to small and an opportunity cost to what else I could build. I just contextualize this is an extra $200-300k a year to pay for that building.
It’s hard to quantify-in a way I’m more ambitious and driven then ever before and in a way
I find my productivity and drive and moment to moment ambition not particularly high.
Not like on Emperor or a major Alpha. I may experiment with Stark, I never thought of it for Sales, but it might be the move.
@Niles Can you please tag me in your next post, DM me, or post on my Rainmaker journal about Stark. Also RICH. Have you tried HOM/Stark?
I was just about to pull the trigger on HOM/ True Sell custom but I want to reassess if Stark might be a better way to go.
Yes, swapped out so just running stark and rich now. E.O.G was great, but also had me thinking more long term business strategy as opposed to maximizing my sales performance. I believe rich is better for this case.
I like the idea of stacking with stark as it is very socially based, but also with limitless in it keeps my productivity really high as well as being able to learn new sales processes. There’s a part in the copy about mastering which ever field you choose, so my plan is to really direct that at high ticket sales.
stage 1 specifically?
Nawh I’ve ran all 4, probably spent the most time on stage 4 though
i don’t give a hoot about the other 4 stages
i’m saying stage 1 is the best sales sub.
my all-time most-effective sales stack was limitless executive + commander + eog1
now I’m running HOM and it’s insane as well, but it never manifested to the fullest extent possible until 9 months of EOG1. before all that clearing took place, i never got manifestations from HOM. now that ive ran so much EOG, HOM manifestations are insane.
i ran a lot of mogul/emperor/ascended mogul before running EOG, to be fair, but i think the manifestations were also getting blocked by negative manifestations which EOG is designed to eliminate.
so… part of the success i had running eog 1 might have been a “bloom” of mogul/emperor/ascended mogul that came from eog removing negative blocks… with that being said however, it also stands alone as a great sales sub.
for 9 months, my perfect sales stack was commander + eog1 + limitless exec
never even bothered with stage 2-4 of EOG because i can just listen to HOM for that
Nice, may have to give it more of a chance after this cycle. Don’t get me wrong I made a ton of progress with E.O.G, built out a network, got promoted multiple times, and started up two side income streams. However I just didn’t really see the results of that manifest quite yet as far as money in the bank account.
Curious about the commander. What was the thought process for including this in a sales stack?
They are 100% not the same. HOM would not be a replacement generally. For you HOM may be better or sufficient. I can not comment on that.
I’ve run HOM for over 7 months and I can clearly tell you EOG stage 2, and 3 are extremally distinct than HOM.
Has Stark/ RICH changed your sales stats, close ratio, or improved your cash flow situation in comparison to HOM/EOG. I ask not as a challenge but curiosity for why you thinks its a better chose for your goals?
I’m beginning to think the difficult and snips in my sales is actually do
to HOM or dilution of True Sell.
I led with a minute loop on true sale and my flow was masterful. Closed $7k in half hour. I could feel it was in the bag already, I held the energy and space and the person just talked themselves into the close, I handle objections cleanly and easily, with no forward selling.
I notice I get less reactive, and forward sell less when I run True Sell as my last sub rather than HOM
HOM I am almost two related, were laughing, but the container is not as tight. People buy when the container is tight. Relatedness helps but can also hinder. It’s a fine line.
Oh 100%, I didn’t mean at all that they’re the same.
In my eyes, EOG 1 is just great prep for the hyper advanced money subliminals, aka EOG and HOM. Whether you choose one or the other is preference, both advanced, but different outcomes
You should try running HOM on Friday so that you act out HOM’e archetype over the weekend, but get it’s manifestations during the week.
And then run a loop of true sell on Sunday night, then run 1 minute loops of true sell during the week
Monday: 1 min true sell
Tuesday: 1 min true sell
Wednesday: standard (3-15min) true sell, no HOM
Thurs: rest
Fri: HOM + True Sell (3-15 min)
Sat: rest
Sun: Standard HOM + TS
