Yesterday I had a huge ass appetite but I was also working all day, today even with doing a double workout I don’t feel drained at all except for general post workout fatigue. Don’t even have a huge appetite like yesterday.
I know you didn’t ask me but felt like it was a result to share.
Nice little subliminal, this one is. Did three workouts today and was perfectly on point with my planned out diet. I know not everyday is gonna be like this but I was just having a ton of fun working out and really enjoyed it. A couple boot camp classes then I also did my own WOD this morning.
will this motivate you to workout? the hardest thing is getting myself working out enough, consistently. is there a better sub for that if not this one?

I feel remarkably energized after listening to just one loop. What’s particularly intriguing is that I experience not only a surge in physical vitality but also a boost in mental acuity. It’s as if I’m instantly invigorated and primed to take on whatever lies ahead.
During my my workouts i am able visualize myself lifting more which translates into me adding more weights and pushing myself to lift more.
The pump today was INSANE the best pump i ever had and i didnt even do a lot of sets, only 2 sets per muscle and im pumped like o did 10 sets of 15.
Also i push much harder, im grinding another rep and another rep its amazing.
My arms are finally growing, my back chest and legs were always bigger and my arms were puny, now i can actually see growth.
My muscles look full and hard.
This is the fastest physical shifting ever!! People are going to think i take steroids lmao.
BUT i have massibe recon, im anxious about having a heart attack, maybe its something to do with the paragon scripting.

Working out is hard brother, try going to the gym just to warm up a bit, something easy. Maybe a few light db press, or overhead press, few reps of dips or cardio…
Once this is done, see if you want to challenge yourself a bit more. Else, go back home.
Its a good way to start working out, just get your body moving without having the dread of pushing hard.
Usually it gets easier the more you do it.
The original Spartan works wonders for motivation. Inside the gym or outside.
i guess with Lots the results will come faster. And when you see them it can be very motivational.
But if im being honest what you need for consistency is discipline. Motivation will come and go. Train discipline. This will get you to work out even if you dont want to. Spartan will help with this aswell.
There’s a number of modules on the Q store that can do this. I’ll ask Fire when he gets up, as he usually writes the alpha stuff.

Man I feel like this isn’t the sub for me.
I already have my dream body in a sense. Only thing that I was intrigued by was facial physical shift
But I prefer WANTED over this because I look at my peak running it.
I feel like I could use a better sub for looksmaxing style and appearance.
Please follow your intuition on whether you need a sub instead of getting the next shiny object, cause chances are you probably don’t need it at all.

It is also for healing and strengthening organs, it is not only for looksmaxing.
It’s not “for” healing of organs, but it is a part of what it does “for” muscle development etc. These subtleties are important.
