I started a low carb diet the day after starting emperor!
I used to eat like 300 grams of carbs per day, in the past three days I have eaten less than 300 grams of carba per day (60 grams yesterday). I’m also grabbing 20g of mct oil per day to help my body get accustomed to using fat for energy!
I’m a little bit tired tho!

With emperor there is no extreme happiness without extreme drive. If you achieve something then u are happy otherwise u just keep grinding. But yah calmness is a part of emperor with the spark of anger(more like I don’t give a f*ck type attitude lol)

anger is a negative emotion and actually robs us of energy. it does not help with drive. pretty sure Saint would never put a negative emotion into the script. you can be happy and still have drive. happiness does not exclude drive. I did not feel anger with previous Emperors, just in specific situations when someone pissed me off but not in general to “help” with drive.
but I’m looking forward what Saint will say about EmperorZP if there is added happiness like in Chosen and if anything has been changed with drive/productivity. makes no sense to speculate.

Saint never put it in the emperor. Emperor forces(or like questions you)you to be extremely productive and focused on important stuffs. Since this is not our secondary nature we get angry. So this was more of a recon from emperor but cold attitude from emperor is what I miss

I was quite surprised after my first loop, since I though Emperor would take a long time to unfold, and since the other ZP subs haven’t had an instant impact right after listening.
After listening I was super focused, made a clear to do list for the rest of the working day, felt super strong, efficient and was just on fire.
Went out after finishing my working tasks and I truly felt like an emperor walking down the street - and people were staring more than I’ve experienced on any sub before. Met with some friends I felt very charismatic and comfortable.
I’m very pleasantly surprised by Emperor so far, and can’t wait to see what happens after more loops.

@Matrix you are spot on i can tell you have done your home work.
Happiness is dynamic so to speak. When you overcome a challenge you then become happy. You have success with another challenge and you become happy.
Happiness should be a reward for hard work and not a loser high on marajuana. Screamingv"peace man i am happy lets smoke to world peace".

I have a rather cold, uncaring attitude. I am also quite cheerful, playful and generally happy. I also don’t tolerate any shit from people, and can be quite dominant when need be.
You don’t have to be an angry, brooding, hateful individual to be an emperor.

Thanks to meditative practices I am just happy most of the time. I like that very much - being happy as a reward because of achieving something is great, but I don’t need to achieve something to make me happy,

The socializing behavior is coming from their subconscious interpretation of the script. Remember, ZP a strong emphasis on the self and the expression of the self. We provide a framework and you’re deciding how to respond to that.
Also, if you’ve ran Chosen with or before Emperor, you’re going to be a much more positively dominant person now anyway.
I think Chosen may just be our masterpiece in how well it works and affects other subliminals. @Fire, who is really good at energy work, commented the other day about how clean and uplifting my energy is now.

I appreciate that. And of course, if there’s a general consensus that Emperor ZP lacks dominance or a sexual edge, you all knew that we’ll work to fix it. That’s the point of the preview — we’re going to get it right for everyone before the official launch.
