ZP is crazy (less is more)!

This is what I look like running 3 mins.

takes me 3 minutes just to get into a comfortable spot to start listening :frowning:

After many years of ZP usage, I found out, especially with the newer tech, that I get the most results if I just play a title for 30 to 90 seconds and then let it process for 2 to 4 days.

I wonder what does this say about how my mind processes the ZP scripts?

In the past I would do full 15 minutes loops, then do 1 rest day, then do a full 15 minute loop again, and after a few rounds slide into constant recon mode without even consciously noticing. Then during recon, doubling down with listening to additional loops because of fear that I am not providing my processing queue enough input. It was a fear of my mind not being 24/7 productive when it comes to “processing script” and “manifesting results”.

But now I learned that it apparantly is enough for my mind to have just a short script input of a few seconds, maximum a few minutes, and then trust that my mind is doing the processing work.

I know there are users here like @William for example, who do just a few seconds of WB and then let it process for many days.

Anyways, I just would like to hear and understand from other users what exactly it means, when my mind is operating the best from the combination of “little script” plus “many rest days”?

  • A mind that is already naturally deep and introspective
  • A tendency to intellectualize experiences and emotions
  • Trauma, karma, or interdimensional/intergenerational issues that aren’t just subconscious structures
  • Circumstances that prevent you from acting on or expanding upon the subliminal input
  • Spiritual development in general (greater energy sensitivity)
  • Whatever spiritual technology you’re using may play a role, too

Strangely enough, I´m now getting better results and less recon on full loops TB than on microloops.
