I’m starting to think that a good part of my ability to have deeper awareness of my thoughts & feelings; and to just observe them is from HeO.
I am not as easily swayed by emotion anymore because i can see it with better clarity
I noticed that i regained some of the depth again after i restarted HeO.
HeO is affecting & growing the ability alongside my meditation practise.
I started going deeper into the meditation a few months after i started HeO. So i didn’t have a frame of reference to show me which effect is from which until i took 4 months break from HeO & restarted it again a few weeks back.
Fencing footwork
I have become more accustomed to move around with it.
Moving back and forth is not as awkward anymore.
Next month i’ll introduce lunges into my training routine.
I won’t rush it. I want a good foundation, so getting the movements, postures, forms etc as close to proper as possible first is the priority.
One thing at a time.

I’m still using my japanese wooden sword for this, rofl.
It’s just footwork though so that’s not a problem.
