William’s Winning Wayfare

DRR1 7m

I’m taking it slow, let’s start from 7m first then slowly get back to 15m
there’s nothing to rush

Meditation is both easier and harder in different ways.
I’ll try to navigate through it and gain more clarity.

Update 1:

Everything is smoother & easier. i love DRR1.

I think DRR1 takes the top spot alongside HeO & LBFH as my favorite subs.

I might just gonna keep it in the stack long term.
It hits everything i want a sub to hit with no additional weight alongside it.
I don’t even know what DRR1 is specifically scripted for since the description is quite short, all i know is:

  • it’s about purifying & cleansing
  • protection against negative subconscious structure
  • limit breaking

From the description, that’s all i can gather for certain about what DRR1 does specifically compared to the other stages.

The weird thing is, i don’t feel like I’m being cleansed/purified, all I know is everything is just better & easier to do. It’s the only sub where I don’t really know what it’s doing, but I like everything that it does.

If you would start DRR1 for the first time, how would you approach it with your experience so far?

For me personally, If i knew that DRR1 is this light, I wouldn’t have taken it so slowly.
The first time I used DRR1 ~1.5 months ago, I only progressed +3 seconds every listening day.
I would have used +1m or +2m instead.

I don’t recommend for people to rush through DRR1 though.
The sub is just so smooth & easy for me to run for some reason.
There’s a good chance that it’s not the case for others.

I would also not move to stage 2 if i knew.
DRR1 already does everything I want from a sub.
DRR2 is good in its own way, but it doesn’t fit my wants & needs yet.

Would you stack it or run it alone?

DRR1 is so light for me to use that it doesn’t really make sense to run it alone
There’s no goal from DRR1 that I desperately want to achieve to the point of soloing it either

I’ll stack it with 1 more sub at least

DRR1 8m

+1m every listening day
The dreams are weird, i guess DRR1 & DRR2 are still addressing some deep issues inside.
it hasn’t been 12 days since the last time i used DRR2, let’s take it slow for now.

Mogul is insane, it works so quickly & so well.
1 thing i notice every time i run Mogul is it always makes me go more into deep planning.
The more i use Mogul, the more apparent it is.

DRR has been amazing for my meditation practice.
Not only does it make meditation more effortless & easier to do, it also helps me realize & understand more about mindfulness.

Update 1:

I better understand what awareness & attention are and how they work within me.

that’s a lackluster sentence to describe what DRR1 helped me understand & apply. but it’s really something that you have to experience yourself, writing it can only convey so much.

DRR1 is the best.

It’s healing the parts of me that I want to heal, while also increasing my productivity instead of giving me lethargy like the healing from other subs.

I can’t say that it’s recon free, but it’s so blurry since I’m also under more pressure than usual from what I decided to pursue lately, so I can’t really tell. As long as it’s not a lethargy recon then I’m fine.

DRR1 is helping me to shave off my bad habits.

DRR1 doesn’t just make everything smoother & easier, it also directs me toward the improvements that I truly want. This is the most focused & streamlined sub for my goals that I’ve ever used, it’s even more streamlined than HeO.

I’m also starting to understand the “rebellion” part of DRR1, I’ll try to put it into words after i get a better grasp of it.

DRR1 is the best sub for my wants and needs. It’s laser focused on improving the parts I want to improve and healing the parts I want to heal. I won’t view it as just a stage anymore, it’s a complete & powerful sub on its own and it deserves to be treated as such.

I guess my conscious guidance towards productivity is so strong that it makes DRR1 focus on healing & clearing the path that supports it.

maybe it’s collaborating intensely with the productivity scripting from the other subs in my stack.

Yes, most likely. It’s not that DR RED can’t be used for productivity, I was just reminding everyone that DR Gold contains scripting specifically for it.

I think mon-wed-fri for 21 days is not the play for me.

I feel more exhausted and out of it on rest days lately, even though I’m doing less work overall.
Not confirmed, but this feels very similar to the subtle overexposure symptoms I usually felt back then before i used 9 on 4 off 9 on 4 off.

The only way to find out is to get more data.
I’ll use it again the next cycle and compare how I feel near the end of the cycle.
By then I’ll have a better idea about whether it’s caused by the schedule or other factors.

The 2 rest days on the weekends might not be enough for me.
I need at least 3 to 4 consecutive rest days in the middle of the cycle.
Or, I should stop before day 15. I found that I only feel the symptoms if I go over it.

I’m fine with recon like the one from DRR2, but anything that risks lethargy is a no.
That goes against my main goal of using subs.

Nevermind, experimentation is not worth it right now. I gotta focus.
I’ll just go back to the tried & tested 9 on 4 off 9 on 4 off. though i want to try 3 & 5 instead of 4 & 4.

Update 1:

Yep, this is the familiar subtle overexposure symptom that usually shows up near the end of a cycle.

It feels exactly like every single one i’ve felt in the past.

Mon-wed-fri is not cutting it.
I need longer rest days in the middle.

I’ll start the washout early (this is the 20th day) and try 11 on 4 off 9 on 4 off next cycle.

I’ve been wanting to try 11 on 4 off for a long time. This is a good opportunity to test it out.

Yesterday was bad

The overload symptom gave me a layer of lethargy & out of focus that i needed to push through.

By the last hours of the day, i gave up and just did nothing.

This is distinctly the overload symptom near the end of a 21 day cycle that i’ve experienced too in the past.
I’ve also felt it building up since before but i just brushed it off as me being lazy.

Compared to a few weeks ago, i rest more, i eat more, i sleep properly, etc. so it’s unlikely that those are the culprit.

At least now i know that 2 times 2 consecutive rest days in the middle of a cycle is not enough.

3 is the minimum, 4 is optimal.

My head feels lighter now.
That was definitely the overexposure symptom.

19 days is too much. Even with rests at weekends.
The most i’ll do is 15 days without at least 4 days of rest consecutively.

I decided to stop the forum for a while

The experiment is done.
I’ve said most things from DRR1 too.
I also doubt HeO will be updated soon either.

There’s nothing more to share on the journal since i always keep myself away from writing anything specific about my life online anyway.

It’s time to give the focus elsewhere.
At least for the time being.

I’m rethinking my decision to continue using HeO.

Here is a snippet from my offline journal about it.

“I have gotten everything i need from HeO”

This feeling never goes away since around half a year ago, maybe more.
Objectively speaking, if i assess the changes that it has brought to my life, I have indeed gained everything i need from it.
The only reasons i’m still using it are to maintain its effects and make the changes stick more permanently.

Is this my intuition telling me that i have had enough exposure to HeO?
I’ve been using it for more than 12 cycles anyway.

Maybe I’ve outgrown HeO?
It has done its job.
When i took the HeO hiatus, I noticed some of the effects were getting a bit weaker. But the changes it brought over the year are mostly still intact.
Now that I’m back to it, I’m realizing that what i lost are not even worth mentioning. I have integrated well with the changes after almost 1 year of using it.

Not sure if i should stick with it or not.
It has done what i want it to do.
I have used it long enough to where the changes have stuck.

I’ll stick with it for now and think about it more in the middle/end of the month.

I think you will still grow if you use it continually over the next decade.

But growth for it’s own sake is meaningless.

I’d go back to my goals, what I want to achieve, what I want to change in my life.

If HeO can still help you, good.

If there are better subs for your goals, drop it.

Honestly, i haven’t seen much changes inside from HeO since half a year ago.
I kept using it just to maintain the effects that are already there. making them stick deeper & longer.

You’re right, it has done its job. I can drop it to focus on other improvements. Maybe i’ll use it once in a while just to refresh the scripting.

I don’t know what to replace it with though.

I’m not really interested in running another sub other than DRR1 now. It hits every parts that i want to improve other than creativity.

Using DRR1 with RM or UA would be nice, but i think i’ll solo it for the time being.
It’s the sub that i want & need the most for my current circumstances.

So i think it’s better to give more focus on DRR1 alone when i don’t terribly want/need to use a another sub.

When in doubt, Chosen or Genesis are always good!

I just figured out that this is indeed the case.
The degree of productivity is different when i was running DRR1 with different subs.

DRR1 + HeO gave me the least. This is a big part of the reasons why i decided to swap out HeO for other subs. It has done its job and the effects that i want to stay have stuck around. I love using HeO, but i want to focus more on creativity & productivity now.

The productivity boost from HeO felt less direct compared to the other subs.

Now that i think about it, maybe that’s why i needed 2 “productivity” subs (HeO + something else) to balance out LBFH. HeO didn’t even give me that big of a boost in the first place, so i needed to add a sub that has more productivity boost to go toe to toe with the slight lethargy & the general outgoingness from LBFH.

Although the evidence is abundant, I need to test this out more by using LBFH + DRR1 + A productivity sub to be 100% sure.

I wouldn’t have noticed it if i didn’t stop HeO for a while and started DRR1 which works extremely well with productivity scripting from other subs.

@SaintSovereign @Fire For a sub about mastery & dedication, I think HeO could use a more direct/in depth productivity scripting.

Or maybe i’m just uniquely not as responsive to the productivity scripting from HeO compared to/without the help of other subs. That’s also a possibility.

I should probably explain this further.

The productivity from HeO feels like it comes from dedication.
Inner conviction & devotion to the craft. Feels like it’s for a higher purpose.

That is super fulfilling.

But it doesn’t feel like a general productivity push like the one from Mogul & RM:UWX.
Pairing those 3 with DRR1/DRLD enhances these effects, but it also highlights how indirect HeO’s boost is.
