Who needs TRT when you got SC

Your physique is superb.
What would you say did improve with the subs? Doing weightlifting for 18+ years, you will know the difference pretty well. Performance? Looks? Regeneration? Everything?

Thanks mate. I’ve been lifting for 18 years thats how I’ve been exactly able to pin point that subs are now making all the difference in my gains. I’ve removed certain subs from my stack or pre workout usage and seen size, strength, definition, endurance drop significantly.

Iam 36, have a 21 month old and a crazy busy job… the only thing that is constant as far as nutrition is concerned is a protein smoothie everyday. Other than that I have no specific diet, I don’t necessarily eat junk but it’s not something that one could relate to a physique like you see in the pic.

Subs made me realize that the body can optimize the diet provided to a degree where it has even made me question if we’ve been lied to by all these bodybuilding magazines and forums.

Subs like Wanted, Emperor, Ascension/AscMogul, GLMCommander and basically any raw alpha sub instantly turns a switch on within me. Makes me motivated and ā€œstrongerā€ (I still feel weird saying this but its true). Meanwhile when I do more creative stacks, my imagination and verbal skills for articulating abstract concepts see a significant boost but gym gains seem to drop. So I try to maintain a balance with unusual stack rotations.

My current observation is that by adding Sage to an alpha stack I seem to have more depth, creativity (don’t ask me how), and better articulation while maintaining the alpha confidence and gym gains, but I use Sage sporadically. Call me crazy but I am experimenting with what works best for me

Man, 18 years of consistency is awesome…and lends to your insight:

Can you elaborate on your experience? …my spidey senses resonate with this.

Well my protein intake is way less than what you see personal trainers keep quoting from the ACSM guidelines or what bodybuilders claim, I’ve known friends who look nowhere close to how I look but consume whey more protein than I do (pun intended  )…

I do rely on greek yogurts, cottage cheese, eggs, beef some days here and there but my diet isn’t goal oriented… it’s still based on if and when I have time and a convinience. Now I may be doing it right intuitively but when I change the subs around I notice the change in my muscle appearance and strength in the gym.

My accupuncture practitioner is a very intuitive woman and she said to me that she finds it weird that she has to change her protocol with me every time as everytime I am a different person lol. There is definitely a change in energy signature and other subtle aspects of our bodies with any change in our subcon belief structures.

There is still a long way to go for me. Love my parents but I’ve a built in fear of doing things wrong or failing right from childhood cz my dad constantly made me overly conscious of what I was doing from the angle of ā€œyou’ll do it wrongā€, I don’t blame him anymore but I have identified that is where it comes from and it seems to be very deeprooted within me which makes it very difficult for me to take action. I do push myself when I am able to consciously identify it in the moment but sometimes I am unable to do so and I miss opportunities.

The use of alpha subs help with that but considering my core nature they also make me feel a bit disconnected from my soul. So I try to balance that with subs like Sage, RM, LBfH, CWON, RoS and so on.

Thanks for sharing specifics. Especially what your acupuncture lady said…that’s a profound nugget.

I started noticing this running Emperor: my body seemed to make faster gains in strength and muscle building; and the underlying subconscious changes and subtle shifts caused a family member to say I looked like Captain America (but I don’t).

Fascinating stuff.

Have you tried running Hero yet @BeingNeo ?

I’ve noticed a decrease overall in fear, but specifically of failure and/or doing things ā€œwrongā€. Probably due to the virtue-development guidance it offers.

Wow Hero helps with that? I just got myself NRich today and will be running that . Btw my base has been Khan, ive just moved to Stage2 and noticing more assertiveness at work (even got that as a feedback). I might not need Hero, but il keep it in mind. Thanks for sharing that with me.
