What's your usage?

Past few months 5;days on, 2 days off. I listen first thing in morning and before bed usually:

  • On my on-days:

1 or 2 loops of Stark nearly daily (2-3 loops of Q version per week, occasionally Ultima, but am emphasizing Terminus more lately). Also running RICH nearly daily along with some Love-Bomb.

Results: Running Stark, especially Terminus, things in life just seem to work out, like I still have conflict or challenges that arise, but they always end up neatly resolving themselves. I’ve noticed this especially with some struggles that my family has been going through recently. Without going into detail, it seems like divine intervention (multiple instances - I credit Terminus and RICH).

Still struggle with getting maximum results that I want, and itch to switch back to Emperor which I really haven’t run in over a year (I miss that grind mentality). I’m waiting for name-embedded Emperor in Terminus version, as that would be my perfect sub.

Haven’t really had reconciliation since I went on strict 2 days off per week (previously Stark Terminus gave me massive reconciliation).

As a side-note I have pulsatile tinnitus (loud heart-beat when lying down) in one ear for over a year now. Not due to subliminal usage, but blood pressure and caffeine intake. This year I finally got good health insurance and will be seeing a doctor for it.

Sorry, this turned into a bit of a journal post, I’ve just been lurking (hesitancy to post while I feel plateaued)

Oh just transitioning to my “final form” Khan-Stark, it’s about time my friend.

Hahaha… well sometimes the brain fog pisses me off, it’s like I want to articulate something but I couldn’t, or I feel terribly hindered socially. Sometimes I feel the pangs of depression, all is lost, what’s the point. You know the robot in HitchHiker’s guide? Very close to that.

Only happened once or twice, and that’s when I pushed so many programs in one day. It’s actually one of the reasons why I thought scaling back from EQ to Stark was a good idea. My stack is already very heavy as it is.

I see! I’m sorry you’re not seeing a massive difference. Is it useful however? I’m guessing using 1-2 loops saves you time rather than having to Set and Forget, if that makes sense?

This is from your Emperor custom? Right?

It seems like everyone in this thread seems to use around 2 loops a day, or less, and gets great results. I remember Saint saying he used 2 for something and also got great results.

You don’t get any recon, at all?

I’m constantly feeling tired. Today I had a 3 and a half hour nap. Admittedly it’s due to my sleep cycles too but Jesus, I really do need to lower loops. I only did two today, but I’m going to move down to one. Going down to one tomorrow, and the next.

Ahh, you’re transitioning into a Khan/Stark? Are you going to make it into a custom?

I think it is useful. I do see shifts in how I interact with people and in my general mood. I’d like to see bigger shifts and I so I keep the subs playing consistently according to the recommended schedule. I am hoping Dragon Reborn as a healing sub can be the difference maker.

“Set and forget” is far more efficient as a listening strategy, for me. It is essentially no work and no maintenance.

At my office I essentially have “set and forget” set up with one instance of ultrasonic Dragon Reborn combined with two hours of silence. This simply runs all the time and I hear the playlist while I am at work. It also conforms to the fundamental guidelines for using the subs.

That amounts to about 2 to 3 loops per day, M-F, and none on the weekend.

That’s the plan. Khan is the last alpha I haven’t tested, after that I’ll be better informed what to add in my first custom. It’s about time :sunglasses:

Current stack: R.I.C.H , BLU, Rebirth , Ascension, P.S.I.T.U

listening time: During the day mostly and 1~2 ultra sonic through the night(to ascension)
how many loops: about 1 of each ultima and 2-3 of major(ascension)
what kind of reconciliation: hard to tell, some days i’m much more angry but then i use rebirth and it makes it go away…
a lot more tired, sleep many hours usually.

what’s your biggest success so far: good question… i think the way i view myself first and formost has changed, i view myself in a much better light then i used to prior to subs.
the way i interact with others, my thinking style has changed to dig deeper into subjects i work with(thanks to blu)

feeling more natural in my own skin… better care for myself and my standrads are rising with that.

  • Yes. One example is my Mom and sister having a fight/drawn out argument. Peak conflict: Mom and I are coming back from a long road-trip and her car breaks down. However, we just so happen to break down in the town my sister lives, and so we ended up meeting with her at the mechanics shop and all the tensions are resolved.

  • 2nd example: Recently traveled overseas for a death in the family on my Mom’s side and there was a property dispute with my Mom and family members. The situation blows up in our face as we have an incompetent lawyer and no one to help navigate the situation. Conflict resolution: We happen to find amazing friends who take care of everything including referring us to better lawyers, and everything works out.

What exactly is it that you want?

  • I want to finish this web developer course that’s now been a year-and-a-half that I’ve been trudging along and only gotten a third of the way through (Avoiding course hopping like avoiding sub hopping. Lol). The course also has a photoshop section that I want to get to (sort of a reward for grinding through the boring sections of the course) so that I can pursue some artistic endeavors on Social Media (Def. feel being an artist is my true calling, so wanna do multiple artistic endeavors. Ex. Photoshop memes, comic/animated videos, wood sculpting, murals, etc). My 3rd goal is endurance sports related.
