I’ll likely stick with Genesis and DR:LD until I figure out another stack that will relate to business and money. I might wait for the subs MAX upgrades.

Hey @R.E.M.P.O, do you have any tips on cutting? I’ve been cleaning up my diet to get in better shape.

Hey @driver

Firstly, aim for a moderate calorie deficit to ensure steady fat loss without sacrificing muscle mass.

Focus on consuming high-quality proteins like lean meats, fish, eggs, and dairy products to support muscle retention.

Incorporate resistance training into your routine to stimulate muscle growth and boost metabolism.

Hydration is key - drink plenty of water throughout the day to optimize performance and recovery.

For that extra boost in your cutting phase, consider adding these powerhouse supplements:

  1. Conjugated Linoleic Acid to support fat burning and lean muscle retention.

  2. L-Carnitine for improved energy production and utilization of stored fats.

  3. Omega-3 Fish Oil to reduce inflammation and promote overall health.

  4. Yohimbine HCl for enhanced fat burning and energy expenditure.

Try to follow recommended dosages and consult with a professional if needed.

Also reduce your carbs consumption and limit most of your carbohydrates to the morning so you can use it up.

Damn, cheers bro - you’re the man!

I have a barbell and some weights, I’ll have to start using them.

As for the calories, do you think eating two healthy meals a day and one snack would work? That’s what I’ve been trying to stick to, some days rather unsuccessfully :joy:

It’s all calories in Vs out. Long as your eating at a deficit

I personally skip breakfast and fast with a coffee.

That gives me room to enjoy a big dinner

Ha ha! End the day with some flavor. :yum:

Good tips man, I’ve been trying a similar thing, having a few coffees in the morning then lunch and dinner.

Current stack is KB and WB. Start KB3 next week on washout after today. Will probably run KB4 for the rest of the year. If I get a different job and have a steep learning curve may switch WB for Stark. Also do 5 min of E:HOM per week and LOS as a pre workout for 5 min. Don’t think it recommended to run LOS along with WB or Wanted but I find I get very good sleep when I do.

I’m getting a strong desire to run OG Khan. Not sure if KB4 and OG Khan would be too much overlap on the sexual energy or excessive recon but I like the idea of it. I want to become absolutely fearless and figure OG Khan would be the ticket.

how are your results by far?

Subs are a slow burn for me. At some point… boom… Minor stuff but nothing too wild yet.

The focus this year would be on improving my copywriting abilities. I trust that UWX has enough wealth scripting to get me some good beginner jobs along the way.
