One fun thing I used to do was ‘train my brain’ by playing the sub while I was doing a related activity.
So, for example, I created a health and fitness custom, and I would only play it while I was outside walking or exercising.
This wasn’t because I thought it would make the sub work more effectively. It was more like just building a virtuous cycle or a positive feedback loop between processing and execution. Just like a little operant conditioning exercise.
They’re going to work whatever you do, man. You don’t even need to worry about it. The most important thing is to make sure that you’re playing sub related to actions that you will definitely take. And the more motivated and willing you are to take actions related to it, the more effectively and powerfully the subliminal will integrate and be executed. That is the key factor.
Nothing wrong with experimenting with various tweaks and techniques along the way. But it’s really just for fun. Action is the real ‘super-drive’.
