What is recon exactly, how to detect and prevent it?

Hello,

what is recon exactly, how do symptoms look like, what are the risks and what are the best measurements to prevent this from happening?

Any insights on this are appreciated. I am new to this and still learning.

For me, recon is disturbed sleep or headache. Actually, it is more as overload than recon.

Recon is many things and it’s not at the same time. It’s simply how the mind processes the subliminal. It could be a bad mood, a headache, a need to procrastinate or anything else and sometimes it’s not. Simply know that because you are new, this will probably happen. The main cause is of it, in my opinion, is when you are not doing what you are supposed to do.

For example: As you are gaining confidence you will be treated in a way that is not ok with the new you. If you do not stand up for yourself, there will be an inner conflict.
Another example is putting off something you should be doing and is in line with the subliminal of choice’s goals.

See recon as your friend, not some kind of enemy you have to completely avoid at all costs. If you get recon, it’s a sign the sub is working. That’s not to say that the more recon the better. Things are being pushed to the surface to face so you can become better.

Interesting approach, thanks. I usually get fatigue and tiredness, few times even headache. I need to find my sweet spot to not overdo it and still get it to work.

That’s a very interesting view indeed! I feel alot more in line, when I am putting in the actual work and when I don’t, I feel quite off and unhappy. Never thought about that being one reason for recon.

I’ll try to find a way to do the actual work and the right amount of subs to support that. Subs do make me tired and lethargic sometimes and I do suffer from fatigue anyways. That makes being productive a challenge sometimes, so I gotta figure out how I can do it in a way, that will integrate well into my daily life.

I think I’ll try the shorter 5min listening, maybe that will reduce recon for me. How do you do it? How long do you listen to subs and how many?

Shorter loops are definitly reccomended. Also its never as black and white as having to either do everything 100% of the time or 0%. Success is simply the progressive realisation of a worthy ideal
