This is my second run with WB, 3rd run with lbfh custom in this stack and 1st run with LE in this stack but I’ve ran LE for a long long time with other stacks.
I don’t know if I want to stick with this WB stack, its not what I expected with the tiredness, the incongruence and a whole other problems…
I’m tempted to go back to good ol reliable (Limit destroyer, limitless executive and primal seduction) which I ran for 4-5 months. I’m tempted to put it in a custom and pick up where I left off 3 months ago but I need help
should I do this or continue with WB
or
build that custom and go from there and what modules would work well with this stack (omnidimensional and anti recon are the two subs that stick with the custom
Shorten the loop.
If it’s still hard, shorten it even further.
I’m on 7s of WB now.
It is by far the best run of WB I’ve ever done.
I get most of what I want from WB without the drawbacks/excessive recon that I used to get from it.
The results are also the best in comparison to when I ran it for a longer period.
No tiredness, minimum incongruence, better results etc.
I write more about it almost daily in my journal now.
It’s slowly becoming my favorite sub after I shorten the exposure.
This stack looks great for productivity & your problem with tiredness.
Every time I combine DRLD with any sub that has productivity scripting (LE, Mogul etc), it puts the results into overdrive.
I think it’s better to wait until we have more information about the next season first before making a custom with LE. Saint said that LE was going to be updated this spring, but we seem to have a delay on the upgrade. So maybe it will be updated soon in the next season instead.
But if you don’t care about the $50 custom upgrade fee when LE is out, just make it now.
I think it’s better than struggling with WB.
You’ve been asking a lot other people to make decisions for you so it seems you need a more foundational subliminal that can help you build more awareness and more trust in yourself.
I listen to WB every listening day. I feel the results are more consistent this way.
I think it’s a good idea to space it out like you said though. You just gotta find what works for you.
I add +1s every time i listen to it.
But I reset it back to 4s after I reached 8s because it was too much for my taste back then.
Now i’m at 7s again, I’m gonna attempt 8s next cycle.
You might not need to take the loop as short as I do, but lowering the exposure will most likely help you with the tiredness, incongruence etc (because it did for me too).
I wrote quite a lot about WB lately, there might be some repetitions though, but I was just so excited about how unexpectedly well the short loops are working for me.
You can start from 1s and increase it by 1 to 3s every listening day. See at which duration the recon starts to get too much. Then stay in that duration range until you feel like you’re ready to increase it more.
My highest back then was 24s before the recon started to get annoying.
But my best results so far come from using around 4-7s. The sub becomes clear, gentle & adaptable instead of fuzzy, rough & overwhelming like how it was when I ran the loops for longer.
Personally, I’d say you can just start from 1s on your next listening day, but take the 7 days off if you need to. Be sure to journal so it’s clear at what duration it starts to get too much.
Saint confirmed that we’ll get an update for WB after Wanted is out. Hopefully we’ll hear about it soon.
It will be great to have the revision + anti-recon scripting, but I’m already plenty satisfied with WB now, the short loop duration fixed every problem I had with the sub.
