However, do you have anyone else saying Chan can actually fight. What about one of the guys he supposedly knocked out.
After all, Lee, Norris and Ali all had many verified fights and even Man had several verified fights.
Yet Chan doesn’t seem to have any verified fights.

Chan, simply saying he can fight, with no proof has as much veracity me me saying I could take Rodtang, Saenchai, Buakaw and Changpuek Kiatsongrit (all in their prime) at the same time with both arms and both legs tied behind my back.

Who were the opponents?
Was there only one fight in total? If so why?
I see what you mean ，man，I want to know those questions too…even though he has been on many interviews both Chinese（Mandarine and Cantoonese）and English…I watched many of them…I dont remember anyone he fought came out and talked about it…except Sammo Hung ，which is Jackie Chan‘s Senior from the previous Chinese opera training school，Hung vaguely talked about they once had street fights together…like you said…there is no one to verified those things …So I just treat them as anecdotes…true or not doesnt concern me at all…just stories…if you like funny stories ，you could buy Chan‘s biography…quite entertaining…
Not sure abiut Jackie Chan, but I heard that Donnie Yen beat up a few gangsters (not just on tv but in real life). Perhaps this one is the real deal.

We’re totally derailed. Still… 
There are many martial-artist-actors who can definitely fight, could even hold their own against Bruce Lee – Tony Jaa, Scott Adkins, Michael Jai White, etc. to name a famous few.
Jackie Chan combined the 100% choreographed fighting style of Chinese Opera with Buster Keaton style of Stunt Comedy.
Asking if Chan can fight Lee, is like wondering if Tom Cruise can take on Chuck Norris. They’re filmmakers and stuntmen. They can certainly take a beating, and keep coming back after severe injuries, but neither aspires to be a fighter.

Lord Boros was a homage to Dragon Ball characters. Took a lot more than one punch for Saitama to win, but in the end, he did beat him – effortlessly.
