I wasn’t really interested in HO but reading your journal makes it very appealing. Being grounded and optimising life things sounds great.

HO 50s LBFH 15m AC 7m

I’m more obsessed with videos about stoicism & musashi. Productivity increased in a lot of areas, I’m not just tunnel visioned into my work anymore. The urge to learn & become more efficient is also there.
“i have to do what’s right”, etc, I’m holding myself to higher standards, and i love it.

LBFH is doing its thing. self love, self appreciation, self assuredness etc. this is the best sub ever. LBFH + HO is a great combo.


does HO have scripting to help with nutrition & picking what to eat/drink? i feel like it has this function but I’m not sure.


Update 1:

I think HO 50s + LBFH 15m + AC 7m is too much. it feels heavy. 10m stack + AC 7m is the best for me.

Rest

I’m losing interest in anything other than stoicism, sword, and my work. I used to listen to the news etc when i’m free, but now i’m only focused on those.

I have been doing metta meditation for a few days. I started it because i heard saint mentioned it in this forum. I don’t think i’m doing it correctly, but i’m okay with it for now. All i want is to build the habit first.

Gratitude journal, Image streaming, vipassana, metta meditation. I started doing all of these after starting HO. I don’t need to drag myself to do them, it feels really natural to do. Like it’s already my habit all along.


I need to build up my stamina. My body is not accustomed to the addition of sword training on top of my workout yet. HO has scripts to increase stamina so I’m sure this will be easier going forward


Update 1:

I don’t know if this is a recon or not, but I’m having the urge to start using DR or DRLD this cycle.
I have the slot for it. i feel like I know this is the right thing to do. but this also looks like a recon.

Should I? i don’t know.


Update 2:

I don’t feel like I want to stop using LBFH or HeO. so I will trust my gut and add DRLD into this cycle.
i will start from 1 minute tomorrow. i don’t really have a recon anymore with 15m of DRLD, but I don’t need to run it for 15m either.


I think the stoicism in HeO helped me to use subs in moderation. i wasn’t aware of this before.


Update 3:

I had my doubts but now I’m convinced, my intuition is enhanced after i started using HeO. when i listen to my intuition, everything is good. when i deliberately ignore it, things don’t go as well as if I do.


Update 4:

I don’t see my body as positively as when i used WB. It doesn’t really matter though, it was nice to have but i don’t really need it. I love my body even before i used WB.

It’s like with Sanguine which is the best sub for dealing with recon. It seems to me that sedatives could be one of the best ways of mitigating recon.

i feel like i can take more. but I don’t need more yet. i will add 1 minute every listening day


Update 1:

I decided to rest from workout & sword training until my energy level is back up. i think I started too many new activities too quickly. i need to get there slowly so my body can adapt.


Update 2:

I realized that the new schedule that I made after I started HeO takes 15 hours a day to finish.
no wonder I feel less energy. I can take it mentally, but it’s too much for my body. i need to declutter.

I decided to do this going forward:

1: LBFH + AC
2: Rest
3: DRLD + HeO
4: Rest
5: DRLD + HeO
6: Rest

the 30s every 6 days mogul experiment that I did last cycle proved that I can run a sub once every 6 days and still get the benefit.

mogul’s effects usually started to wear off on the 5th day and I couldn’t feel it on the 6th, but that was with only 30s microloop, I will run LBFH for 15m so I believe it won’t be noticeable on the 5th & 6th day.

Rest

Looking back, I broke through multiple limits that i had been dealing with for a while with only 1 microloop of DRLD. it didn’t feel like i broke through something, it just flowed naturally like the plateaus weren’t even there before.

it showed me what i did wrong, what has to be done, and guided me to solve the problem.
my intuition was right, adding DRLD was what i needed. HeO’s effect of increasing my intuition is insane.

LBFH is working too. i need to be productive & focus on all the new activities that i started doing now, so i’ll only use LBFH for once every 6 days. Let’s see how this schedule will affect me.


Update 1:

I feel my body looks more buffed.
Buffed might not be the right word, but it looks better.


Update 2:

I think I understand more about what it means to just observe when doing vipassana. I feel like I’m being guided to go through the limit which made me confused about how the process works. the process flows really naturally. I don’t feel like I’m breaking through, I feel like there’s nothing to break, the answer is there all along.


Update 3:

Productivity high.
HeO + DRLD is a good combo. i felt the same as when DRLD unlocked mogul’s potential in me. I’m getting more from HeO.

It feels like I have a personal guide that shows me what to do, what to fix, what to improve etc.
I thought I needed to slowly build the habit to get more of HeO’s effects, but after using DRLD, everything just shifted to the right place. the best part is, the process feels really natural. i don’t feel like I’m trying, i just do. like it’s who i am all along.

i’m getting more into vipassana and meditation because of HO.
DRLD helps the process become smoother.

I’m beginning to think about stoic quotes when something happens and act as the quotes say.
DRLD helps me understand and execute them better.

DRLD really makes the whole process much smoother, faster and easier.

Rest

I always believe that victim mentality is wrong and i train myself to not be one.

HeO shows me the leftovers of the victim mentality that i wasn’t aware of, fixes it, changes my mindset about it to be more positive and more.

HeO is now my favorite sub only after LBFH. It enhances everything i do, refines my mindset, shows me what to improve etc.

I’m glad i know about vipassana from this forum. Applying ideas from stoicism would be harder without it.


Update 1:

I think this is the most productive I’ve been in my life. I’m usually only productive on my work and neglect the other things. but now I’m doing everything and it feels really natural.

LBFH 15m AC 7m

This is the first time I feel like I don’t need to use LBFH anymore.
I still want to, it’s my favorite sub to run, but I have other things to prioritize now that HeO has shown me more to achieve.

The healing is done. I’ve done a total of almost 6 cycles of it.
i have achieved everything I wanted from it and much more.
greater self confidence, greater self love, greater life, this is the best sub ever.


Update 1:

something that made me more sure about my decision to stop using LBFH happened right after I wrote this. i think it’s a manifestation to help me focus more on HeO.


Update 2:

HeO helps me reframe what I used to think as negative events to be positive.

it didn’t happen to me, it happened for me.

and if I don’t reframe it, HeO helps me process my thoughts & emotions. either with vipassana or other means. i have been doing something similar to this for years, but HeO makes the process deeper and more automatic.

as usual, the effects from SC subs feel natural. i feel like this is what I usually did before I started using HeO. i don’t feel like I’m becoming something, I just am.

What do you think will replace LBFH? Back to Mogul? DR: LD? Limitless Executive?

I’ll stick with:

  • HeO for at least a year and
  • DRLD for 3 cycles or until SC releases something that will tempt me to swap, lol.

i will change DRLD to mogul after that 3 cycles, hopefully genesis: mogul will have been out by then.
after mogul, I’ll finally use DR.

i don’t think I’ll use LE now that HeO is here. I really can’t get more productive than now, especially after combining HeO & DRLD. the only limitation I have currently is time and stamina.

well, that’s the plan for now. let’s see how it will turn out, I didn’t plan to use DRLD again until after I finished DR but my intuition told me to use it, and it turned out to be the right choice. so nothing is set in stone yet.

I feel like i don’t need more than microloops for DRLD yet.
HeO is slowly going up, +10s for every listening day.


i’m excited for the physical shifting scripting from HeO to take effect.
i know that increased recovery, stamina, endurance, strength etc will take time.
i’m also actively taking action towards it. so it will come sooner or later.

I need to follow my instinct more.
HeO sharpens it a lot.
And the result is always better if i just listen.

It’s fine though, HeO also makes me aware that i can always learn and grow from whatever my decision is. The emotional control from it is really good.


Update 1:

I did another introspection

I think I understood the physical shifting from HeO wrong.
it won’t channel the hidden power within that will increase my stamina, endurance, strength etc.
what it will do is guide me to have more of those with like motivation, information, build habits & more.

if i see it from that point of view, the physical shifting from HeO is working well.

I work & learn more than I did before HeO, but I feel healthier.

Getting a wooden sword was a really great idea.
I’m glad I joked that I would buy one if the new sub would be a sword mastery sub.
it’s enjoyable and it helps me to be more fit.

I train with it after my workout and when I periodically rest from work.
it’s better and more fun than what I did before.

i take action on everything in HeO except for sparring. the sub really feels like it was made for me, even the sword mastery scripting is unexpectedly helpful for my productivity.


I’m not sure if this is what the unfolding experience from HeO feels like, but when I do my daily activities like working, exercising, and even drinking iced tea, sometimes I get random insights that help me improve other parts of my life.


Update 1:

I’m doing a full day of rest today. the contrast to how busy I usually am made me realize how much HeO increased my productivity.

I thought mogul was too much. HeO shows me that I can do more. but it wasn’t enough, I wasn’t able to live up to it yet.

then I got the intuition to start DRLD, it guided me & destroyed the limitations that stopped me from being more productive.

i will start LBFH again when my intuition says that it’s the right time. HeO sharpens my intuition a lot, I will follow it as much as possible
