I miss LBFH 
after this experiment, I’ll make LBFH the main focus of the stack.
I want to reach the point where everything i get from LBFH is my default even when it’s out of the stack.
Some of it is already ingrained in me, but some isn’t there when I’m off from the sub.
It will take years, but I’m willing to put in the time.
I think you wouldn’t miss too much with a RMUWX + Rembrandt custom, but you would miss a lot with a UA + Modules custom. RM:UWX is a very wide sub that’s all encompassing, whereas UA is like Rembrandt on steroids. Rembrandt is much smaller than UA, but not too much wider in scope comparatively
This explains my experience using RM:UWX. I have written about it a lot here, the effects of RM:UWX are wide & holistic. Bigger than what i expected a skill sub about writing can achieve.
WB and HeO work like a Yin and Yang complement when I read your journal entries regarding them. It’s beautiful to see.

Two comments I have to add.
RM:UWX is relatively new. It was one of the last titles being released before NSE and its v2max already, so I kinda doubt it’s on the shortlist for updates. But we’ll never know.
For your custom keep in mind, that they are structured differently than a major title. Saint said recently that they are frontloaded with the modules. So listening only 30 secs might only expose you to some modules without reaching the cores.

Maybe our intuitions have been honed from using subs so much that we know how to listen to them better. that’s fascinating.
they’re working on RM:V now, so the update for RM:UWX must be before or after it. I hope.
That’s true, I may start from 60s right off the gate unless i get a lot of recon for the main custom that i plan to make (HeO + LBFH + RM:UWX)
I’m also unsure whether i want to splurge on 3 customs or keep it simple with only 1 custom. I planned to get into customs much later, but i got accustomed to RM:UWX quicker than expected.
Definitely start with one. Customs add density, and adding them to a stack is a game of fine tuning the balance.
What I would do is take two out of three of the titles currently in your stack, make a custom of them, and replace the two titles with one custom.
Then just run a two title stack for a while.
Go from a 3 title stack of (RMUWX / HeO / LBFH) to the two title stack of (RMUWX / LBFH+Heo)
Even that will add density and exposure. Not only because customs are heavier and hit deeper, but also because you may listen to the same amount of cores more frequently because it’s two titles.
One thing you could even do is start with just a one core custom, probably LBFH, because you’ve gone so deep with LBFH already and feel like you’ve kind of reached all its objectives. A custom will make LBFH stronger and help you hit new heights with it. Add in DEUS to enhance that effect.
I’ll take those into consideration when i make the custom.
Yeah, i feel like i have achieved most of the objectives of HeO & LBFH. Some of the effects are still growing & going deeper, but it feels normal, natural. Almost like everything is already settling (not stale, just settles).
It’s hard to explain, i usually say that the sub has integrated well with me as an umbrella term to describe it.
I’m probably gonna hold myself from making 3 customs with 7 cores total. But i think i’ll still go ahead with 3 cores at first. The creativity from RM:UWX is perfect for my stack, and I don’t really want to rock that balance yet.
Maybe i’ll run the custom solo first for a few cycles to get used to it, then microloop the hell out of ASBR with a lot of rest days in between. I need to think about the increased load like you said.
That’s the downside of microloops.
They allow the script to be ingrained into your subconscious, but only the first stage.
So there’s still pretty much new scripting evolving the firsts objectives.
I play around with duration.
Last LB day was 11:30. And followed by intense headache. So today I was aiming for 10 minutes to find my sweetspot. But somehow, while listening, I felt “this is enough” and I was at 5:30.
And interestingly, I’m on my first cycle of KB2, 9 minutes of KB2 in the evening made me extremely fatigued and ailing the next morning. After 10:30 around noon, I didn’t feel this ailing anymore and even the fatigue was reduced.
Now it’s the question what did the improvement?
Some scripting in the later parts of the script?
Or was it the earlier time?
Today is the first time in a long time that I’ve listened in the morning. Let’s see how this goes.
Sometimes I feel this too. It’s like you know with certainty that this is enough.
That’s how i feel with recon too sometimes. They flare up and then suddenly drop. I think your body was just reconciling with the scripting before noon.
The effect from LBFH that makes me care about others is fading out quicker than i expected.
I’m tolerant, much more tolerant to others since before i started LBFH, but I can’t genuinely give a shit about caring for them without LBFH. deep inside, i don’t want to be a part of others’ life and detract myself from my goals. but even deeper inside, i know i want to. LBFH has shown me how much value i and others can gain from that.
Though, this shows that some of the more immediate effects of LBFH are fading out. this is good, i can better test the effects of the love scripting for RM:UWX’s & HeO’s updates later.
So it’s gonna be a WB +LBfH + HeO custom?
If I wouldn’t know your plans I’d recommend KB for this. For me, it changed everything.
I was constantly horny (pornaddict) and coping with release. 3 cycles of KB1 and its gone.

I have some meditating experience so tbh maybe this is just a me thing, but here’s my recommendation.
Spend a week or two on stage 1, then a week or two on stage 2, and do the same thing for stage 3, and then jump straight into stage 4. Don’t wait till you’re ready. Just do it.
Then, when you actually have focused stage 4 meditations, you know how to act in that situation… and if it’s not one of those days, you can use the tools from stage 1-3 to revamp your focus.
Tbh I avoided reading stage 4 and the interlude right after for so long, just did this week; regret not doing it earlier
This post made me think back about my life, and it hasn’t changed fundamentally.
I feel like i already fulfilled my calling in life.
The growth that i’m undergoing now, the struggle, the achievements and everything else is just an extra. I have lived my life to the fullest when I didn’t have anything. Now that i have more, it’s nice but they are not necessary.
I can die tomorrow and be fine with it, i already achieved what i needed to and now i’m enjoying the fulfilment of struggling & striving in life on top of that.
Is recon really so bad for you?
For me, if recon is on 3-5/10 I’ll take it, knowing change/adaption is happening faster than when I don’t feel recon.
I’m a fan of microloops as well and chose shorter loops even when I can stomach longer or even full loops without recon.
But with LB I welcome recon because it’s showing that I experience more healing than when I dont get recon…

Yeah, I understand it completely
The recon itself is not bad, I would say it feels neutral. The low exposure is giving me enough time to slowly adapt to it. The effects themselves are really strong even with less than 20s.
The problem is the lethargy. It hits my productivity from many different angles. It’s not that bad, but i would rather not deal with it.
If shorter exposure can give me great effects with minimum to no adverse reaction towards my productivity, then i’ll stay with it.
So basically recon is hitting you mildly, but to hard in a special area (productivity) so you better avoid it?
That’s why I dropped Emperor last year. The situation in my family was pretty tense, so even this slight irritability from Emperor was to much for delicate negotiations so I dropped it altogether, at least for the time being.
Just throwing this out there. Are you eating enough? Maybe the lethargy is the physical shifting from WB?
