Tremendous frustration beyond belief and question about script

To give some context: I live with my immediate family and share a room with my brother. Sad as it is as an adult to still be living with your family, I understand. I can only fault myself. By anyways, I’ve never moved out and of course I pay majority of the bills and such. All my siblings live together. So anyways, today I was sleeping when I woke up at 7am early in the morning, out of nowhere. I had been waking up on and off these past couple of weeks but today I heard a faint sound. At first I thought It was outside or something but I discounted it. Something deep down told me to check my brother’s phone and saw that he had a beta wave audio from YouTube playing and his AirPods disconnected, so it played the audio out loud waking me up. I’m concerned that this has been happening for a long time and just have been aware now. I never use brainwaves and have used SC diligently according to the rules but this has to be the most frustrating thing ever.

So my question is, is there anything in the sub shop that could prevent this or at least make it so that you avoid all situations that could hinder your sub club results? like a brother accidentally exposing you to brainwave. He was asleep btw with his AirPods on

Yeah, you’re fine, don’t worry too much about it. Even if they were laced with subliminals, you will still be fine as long as you don’t consistently subject yourself to them long enough to have some effect on you.

The files here don’t make you do nothing, else we would all be meeting once a week in trump towers measuring who has the biggest stack of doubloons. Nor would they ever move you, its all you. What they would do now, is help push away harmful and negative thought patterns, and build new beneficial habits, as you do deem worthy; by countless possible means available to you.

Talk to him about what happened and ask him to be mindful since he is sharing a room with you.

We have some files here that would remove negative subliminals, reinforce positive one and protect you from future harmful ones, like DR, Khan St1 and Alch St1. I suspect everyone has this to some extent or another.

Hey, at least he wasn’t playing Become super anime chad and grow 7 inchs everywhere, with 60k/month BOOSTED X369. Now, thats where you should be frustrated. You know how consuming it is have to drag such growth spurt around? You’d have to find a tailor and make deals with them just to have a proper fitting, and how does one go around sleeping? Jesus, man, especially when its boosted as much. But even if he was playing that, at least it wasn’t the premium version where the boosting goes to the Nth order!

Good news - binaurals only work when wearing headphones.

It’s the difference in frequency going in the left ear and right ear that the brain then modulates to the difference-in-frequency.

On speakers? The effect is lost.

Listening to beta tones while sleeping is like driving with the e-brake on… (opposite analogy, but it still works I think haha) but with phone speakers they need to be binaural to get any effect, the speakers can’t go as low as beta frequencies to produce them as direct sound waves.
If they were isochronic tones, those work differently, but even so, if it’s just beta, then all it would do is wake you up.
So yes… disruptive to sleep, but it’s unlikely to be any more of an issue than any other sound.

Already been said, but maybe politely tell your brother that sleeping with beta waves is a pretty bad idea.

Bata - ordinary waking consciousness
Alpha - meditation, right when waking or falling asleep, the transitional state of consciousness
Theta - deep meditation and sleep
Delta - deep, dreamless sleep, the deepest level of meditation.

To your question, you might be overthinking this, the best way to prevent your brother from hindering your results is just tell him that you react poorly to binaural audio and to be respectful.

Also, as has been said, binaurals only work with headphones because your brain needs two tones at different frequencies in order for the frequency following response to work.

Right ear: 100hz
Left ear: 105hz

Brain subtracts and matches to:
5hz.

Doesn’t work if you can hear both tones through the same speaker.

Any cons? :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Lmfao

I needed a good laugh, I was worried I had sabotaged months of success. So now I’m even more intrigued. So you mentioned that the subs don’t force you to do anything, just change your thinking patterns around, everything is on you. I get that action is the best reinforcer of beliefs, but is there anything else you can do consciously to reinforce those thoughts, like writing your intentions down and/or goals?

I’ll try to talk with him, sometimes he’s just too hard headed to listen to anything I tell him. Thanks for the input.

I’m not sure if you’ve ever heard of WOOP, it stands for Wish Outcome Obstacle and Plan. It was discovered by a scientist called Gabrielle oettingen but basically its goal setting on steroids. You first envision your Wish or your goal, then you envision the best outcome, then you envision the obstacles that may come your way and then the plan you would have to put in place to overcome that obstacle. Would this be a way to reinforce, consciously, the beliefs that align with the sub you’re running?

It definitely woke me up at like 7am and I felt restless the whole day too, and had to go to work after lol.

Kindly put it on the road map lmao

Thanks for the encouragement and input. I have no other choice than to talk to him straight up.

this is what I’m doing and I’m finding tremendous success in an extremely short amounts of time

I think you’re fine. When we say not to mix anything with subs, it’s so you can create a “test environment” for yourself where you can accurately gauge your results. The exception to this is mixing our subs with other subs (and potentially morphic fields) that can lead to some serious recon.

Binaural beats, solfeggio tones, and just other pure sound based modalities SHOULD be fine, but we would recommend that you still proceed lightly.

You asked for a subliminal to “prevent accidental things from messing with your subs.”

Have you tried just… talking to your brother and letting him know you’re on subs?

Writing down your goals, intentions, and action plans can greatly benefit you. It serves as a reminder of your journey and provides a space for reflection. The world is dynamic, and so are we; having a clear destination in mind will help you stay on course. Journaling is a powerful tool for this. Similar to what you’re doing with the WOOP. As long as its not jsut sitting in your spot wishfully thinking, then you’re good. Positive thinking is useful, it helps shifting your perception, but problems don’t just go away on their own, nor do desire come to you without one movement of a finger.

Action is the best reinforcement. However, action isn’t limited to physical efforts; it includes deep internal reflection on your nature. Whatever you believe will help you reach your goals, pursue it. Just remember, constantly reaffirming mantras isn’t always necessary. While they serve their purpose, you don’t need to repeat them endlessly as if convincing yourself. Consistent, meaningful action and reflection are key.

Yes. I like this. As long as you take action on those smaller goals (that leads to the large goal) consistently, this is a good methodology to follow. I’d do more than just envision them, though. Write everything down, including the steps you’d need to take to accomplish your goals. Those smaller steps and then achieving them will accelerate everything, as you’d get constant motivation to continue proceeding.

What @Phoermes said also is very enlightening.

I have a red light device that has different features, one of them is a preset mode with different hertz like 10hz, 30hz, etc for different things like focusing, meditating etc. I bought the helmet originally for the red light benefits last year but found out it had these features. I didn’t use the hertz feature because I was trying to stay away from any form of BWE. Since this is purely light pulsating on your head, would it still count as BWE and therefore to be avoided?

I usually write my goals down every other day or so but now I’m going to start doing it every hour if I can, using questions like did I try my best this hour to get closer to {insert goal any goal here} but being consistent has been my biggest issue. It’s like what a football coach once told me, football like life is a game of inches, every single second and every inch counts. What you do in those seconds dictate the whole game. So I decided to apply that concept, to keep on track with my goals. Not to take full credit, I borrowed the concept of hourly questions from the book triggers by Marshall Goldsmith. Amazing book
