What if you have 3 titles and switch out all 3 
That is not recommended, but I guess in that case you should take a longer wash out period.
I hope someone can give you a more accurate answer.

I would say the washout of 12 days minimum and then start with first sub and depending on how you feel/react introduce the next sub one week after and again check the following week how it goes and then introduce the last one.
So 12 days washout
1 week title A
If everything is good
2nd week with title A and title B
If everything is still good after the second week
3rd week with titles A, B and C
Followed by 5-7 days washout to end the cycle.
Not official rules, just my opinion after quite some experiences.
