That’s one hell of a kitchen sink custom. Why do you need 10 Synergy modules in there? That is way too many! I didn’t have that many in my custom project when Fire told me that too much.
If you want a wealth custom, use wealth module!

As ksub said, it’s pretty thick with synergies.
I have a similar build
I have a few modules in there that I want for a job in sales like Tale of the Dragon or Voice is the Law.
Lineage is special for me to heal the relationship to my parents. And Mastermind was recommended by Fire.
So besides the pure wealth and manifestation modules, why did you put the rest in?
And a tip from ouroboros, look at the constituent modules and choose the one you like the most. So you could drop beyond connection for Transcendental Connection.
I’ve run the first loop today (4:22) and it felt great so far.

Well the custom was built specifically for social jobs to transition out of my current line of work. Into bartending where I should be able to earn enough to pay the bills and work on the stuff that’s gonna make me real money in the future.

Transition as a first step, but keep it general enough that I don’t get sucked into other ventures that distract me from what I want to do.
For instance, I don’t run Emperor because it always makes me wanna start a buisness and manifests those opportunities but I don’t really want to do that. I’d rather just get paid and have fun, lol.

I like this one. Except Beyond Connection. I’m not sure why it’s in a wealth custom. Maybe replace it with an actual wealth core: RICH, NRICH or Gen Mogul.
That’s really just for me brother, that’s just because I feel that I have trouble connecting with people. I’m good at surface charm, real connection alludes me often…So, the thinking is that by throwing it into a wealth custom it might help me not only get the jobs, but also form connections with the people I’m working with which can lead to higher social ROI.
IDK, it’s mostly an intuitive choice.
That’s the role of Job Seeker
There are other subs for that: Chosen, True Social or even Love Bomb. If connecting with people is really an issue, it deserves it’s own custom:

I’m actually planning three customs: wealth, relationships and family, productivity and focus. With that I know I’m set for couple of years
That’s pretty much the path I’m headed down. I feel like customs are the way forward for me also. I keep getting all irritated when things don’t go exactly how I want, so I’m over here like, well then make customs that give you exactly what you want and only what you want. Lol.
Any ideas for your productivity and focus custom you wanna share?
So far I have:
Honestly, it looks much easier on the mind and focused enough. As I mentioned earlier, perhaps switching Beyond Connection for Transcendental Connection, but it’s slim already.
But as ksub said, I’d add in a core like RICH or GM. GM being the more useful in my eyes.
Perhaps add something like Cosmic Navigator. Together with fortunes favorite it could lead to more tips as a barkeeper.
A complete turn would be adding something like stark or ts to the mix. Especially as barkeeper, you need to build connections pretty fast. And stark would excel at finances.
@ksub keeping barkeeping in mind, what do you think would be better?
