Just for an alternate perspective here, since you’re talking about certifications and study / improving knowledge, I think there’s a few different facets to that in terms of the learning process.
One obviously is hands on experience and being able to play with the tech, come up with novel ways of using it, and the hands on approach is a very big aspect of learning especially when you’re dealing with very abstract topics. When I learned Rust and all of the technologies that surrounded virtual reality development, there was really no way I could do that without getting balls deep into the play and the gorey detail of it all, Vulkan/OpenXR for example with the need to pack structures and interact with C APIs. But once you get past those distracting layers of the technology and reach higher levels, it’s all about design.
I think the Stark line is probably very useful for this aspect of the learning process, and also for its leadership style which has been discussed before. For the mental and biological side of things however, I think it’s a different story.
For me now studying an accounting course which is very dry and high intensity study / high density course material that needs to be grokked as a single body of knowledge, it took me some time to come to the decision to purchase ZONE, but in the end it really made sense. QL and Limitless focus on building that capacity up over time, but for an immediate boost they are very dense scripts requiring a large time commitment, and also its difficult to tell when you’ve milked the most out of the QL stages, I think as with many multi stagers I ended up moving on to later stages prematurely. The difference with ZONE is that as it’s explained on the thread, although it kind of came out of Limitless, it’s a subset of the script with additional nervous system functionality and other stuff baked in, and a much lighter script, so should be more easily absorbed to get quick wins out of it.
As a secondary consideration, I’ve been focusing on Paragon in my stack because of the seeming conflict that often comes up for me between body problems like inflammation and the ability to focus/concentrate. What isn’t immediately obvious to people is the fact that getting into the zone or flow states repeatedly has biological benefits and can ultimately end up aiding the purification process of the body itself, although it does come with other unexpected challenges as well (one of which can be increased sensuality / sex drive, or personal weaknesses coming to the surface to be dealt with/released).
So yeah, KB or the anti pr0n stuff is useful on one level, but I’d be careful with overplaying the hand in terms of IQ boosters / cognitive improvement. Stark already covers the exploratory aspect of learning, but it’s possible that a more focused script could perform better on the other side of the learning process.
