I just realized my last few posts this year, I still had the year as 2020 lol.
Anywho.
Today has been a good day. Nothing unusual to report and as of now, no noticed development in regards to my stack.
I do think my inner stance is more secure, though. I have also noticed that during arguments with my girlfriend (if she starts it) that I don’t rise to irritation or anger as much. I also don’t fall for jibes and things my girlfriend might say to get a rise out of my as much. It still happens, but I catch myself before it happens often.
Not to say that we fight all of the time, though.
I also notice that I get over things I get angry about quickly, sometimes right after the fact.
So, as I have mentioned recently, I have been considering what new Ultima to add to my stack of AscensionQ and Mind’s Eye. I have been playing with DIAMOND but as I also said before, DIAMOND isn’t meant to be a permanent part of my stack as the healing it gives, while great, isn’t necessary for me at present time.
So, I have considered either RebirthU, Limit Destroyer or Godlike Masculinity. I don’t think GM is necessary for me right now, as Ascension already is building masculinity for me. Limit Destroyer seems great… But I think Rebirth is a better option for me.
I think it would pair naturally with AscensionQ, and the reframing of who I was in the past or rather how I saw myself certainly seems ideal.
I’m going to sleep on it for at least a night instead of just getting it now, however.

I’ve noticed this as well since running DR. I’ve also noticed that I notice when I feel angry and I find it easier to direct my thoughts elsewhere (away from anger).

I’m playing a morning loop of AscensionQ while the family is asleep. Something I’ve noticed but haven’t journaled about is that I have noticed that sometimes during an AscensionQ loop, my muscles will twitch throughout the day. It started in my shoulder muscles. This was about two weeks ago, I think. Then it moved to my biceps, and now my forearms are twitching. Very curious. I had never felt my shoulders before and it was a very irritating sensation so I’m glad it stopped awhile ago.
I also went ahead and purchased Rebirth. After very little consideration upon buying it and seeing that RebirthQ was also in the download box, I still only downloaded the Ultima version.
I already have two Q’s that I am running between AscensionQ and Mind’s EyeQ, so to avoid having to alternate days between Mind’s Eye and RebirthQ, I will use my Ultima slot for Rebirth.
I’ll add my first impressions Rebirth later
Oh, and some things that stood out to me on the sales page that drew me to Rebirth are:

Rebirth First Impressions
A very brief summary of things I noticed during my loop.
I notice during the first 5 minutes a tingling sensation in my throat that lasted just a bit as well as a prickle in my lower back.
Sudden sharp pains at the top of my head at a bit before 11 minutes.
The throat thing came when I was visualizing or rather holding in my mind events that I wanted to consciously focus the Phoenix (as I may call RebirthU from now on tbh lol) towards reframing and working on.
Speaking of visualizing. Mind’s Eye is absolutely doing work. I find myself picturing things within much much easier than I ever have. I won’t claim that I can see things perfectly yet, far from it. But it is more effortless at this point. @Hoppa I haven’t used your technique you recommended yet, but I intend to!

I have been running AscensionQ, RebirthU and Mind’s EyeQ daily now. One loop of the Phoenix, two of AscensionQ if I have the time and one of ME. I play AscensionQ first, then Rebirth in between another Ascension loop. I do this because I saw someone mention that they thought Rebirth works better for them when played before their major. Well, I figured I would have it before and after Ascension then!
I think one of the things I’m getting from Ascension is surprisingly better emotional control. I don’t get frustrated with my kid as quickly or intensely. I’m more patient with both him and my girlfriend. Getting things done is more of an interest for me as well.
If I have any other insights, I’ll bring them up.

how would you compare Emperor to Ascension so far?

It might be because I’m not out and around in the truck like I was when using the Emperor, but I don’t notice as much with AscensionQ as I did with Emperor.
I am certainly speaking my mind more in terms of assertiveness with family.
Internally, I feel different in ways for sure.
Things are manifesting very quickly in my life, especially things I barely put thought to.
I deal with emotions a bit better, too.
The thing I didn’t like too much about the Emperor was how cold I was towards others, including my girlfriend. Other than that, EQ is still one of my favorites I’ll probably be running this current stack for a few more months.

Also, last night my (adopted) brother that I have not spoken to in probably 5 years just called me out of the blue to catch up. We haven’t been particularly close in our adult years due to reasons so this came as a complete shock. I’m not even sure where he got my number. The whole call, I was waiting for him to ask for money or something but it never came.
Intuitively I’m thinking Rebirth must be shifting something within myself towards family or something, but I can’t be too sure.

So, of late, I have been falling back into old habits that I don’t care for, so today is the day I am reeling that back in and getting back on track.
I did away with pornography somewhat successfully for awhile but I allowed it to creep back into use while making excuses why it was okay. The same thing with marijuana.
I went over a year without smoking weed, almost two - which is a great achievement for me. I’ve smoked the past couple of nights and realized once more that weed just isn’t for me anymore.
I haven’t started smoking cigarettes again which is a major plus to me, and I know I will get back on track with the other two vices.
Today is my second rest day before I resume my stack, and I’ve gotta say, it surprises me each time how tempting it is to just ignore the rest day and play “just one Ultima” or “let’s just run an AscensionQ loop, I only did one loop the other day”. But I’m going to remain true to my stack and not fuck up the program.
Another temptation is the new Module Pack just released! I see some great ones in there that will be featured in my custom for sure. Speaking of which…
I am somewhat decided that I will continue to play my current stack for about a month more. I want to get a at least two months in on AscensionQ, three if I can keep it going, before I create an Ascension based custom. That will replace AscensionQ in my stack, and I’ll probably continue with Rebirth and Mind’s Eye.
I haven’t run Khan yet, so I’m skeptical of adding any of its stages besides possibly ST1, but I do plan to have a dual core custom.
It’ll be alpha based, with all such attributes focused on the inner world, as well as having manifestation and status modules. Besides the last two packs, it has been months since I surveyed the list of modules available and I’m very sure it’ll take me at least a day to figure out What I want.
But, I’ll do that soon and have it all decided long in advance.
P.S if name embedded majors come out before April, I’ll just end up running name embedded AscensionQ, RebirthU and POSSIBLY Emperor or still ME

I can definitely relate with being tempted by marijuana, especially in the world we live in today, both in the pandemic and also with the surge of the legal cannabis business everywhere.
I have noticed that more and more people I know even grow their own now as growing your own has never been so easy. I had that recurring monkey on my back for years now…and I can say that for close to 6 months ( props for lasting close to two years by the way) I haven’t touch one joint even being around chain smokers all the time, the temptation is just not there. If I had to credit any subs for strengthening my will with that would be both Stark and Emperor ( Emperor being the strongest for me for sticking to good habits such as working out everyday, following closely my finances, eating healthy, etc).
