Easy, LBFH.

Self love is an endless process of self discovery. That’s on top of other amazing effects that LBFH has.

The only time I won’t use LBFH is when my intuition tells me not to use it.

I also need a productivity sub to balance LBFH’s effects.

Almost 2 years after I wrote this.

I ended up dropping LBFH after ~1 year of use total.
It’s a great sub, but I got enough of what I wanted from the sub.
Any more than that is nice to have, but not necessary anymore.

If I could go back in time, I would start with LBFH again every single time.
The changes are long lasting & they are necessary foundations for my subliminal runs going forward.

Now the sub that I can’t let go is Hero Origins.
I’ve been using DRR for just as long, but it’s a multistager. It’s long by nature.
HeO is the one file I’ve been using the longest, and I keep going back to it no matter what.

Ahhh I see what you mean im a fighter so Spartan slides very well with my psychology and bleeds over in a lot more areas in my life however I don’t think I would have gotten to this point without using khan heavily .
