I love this but it’s an extremely hard exercise. Your conscious may not even be able to fathom how far you could possible go with your current state of mind.

Khan Black. Honestly the results I’ve gotten from it are so subtle that I hardly even know if it’s done anything for me, but I believe in the tech, and based on the objectives of the title, I’d want to work on this aspect of myself non-stop forever.
