Now I see a pattern of over-control to suppress the uncomfortable side of things in a lot of choices in my past experiences.

Every technique, subliminal and behavior was used to cope with something that I refused to acknowledge in an healthy way.

So it’s safe to say I’m close to the real core issue that influenced my whole life experiences.

Agreed. Pushing GLM to phases 6 really stood out to me. It’s a foundation sub that addresses identity sterilization, emulation security, resilience, connection and happiness.

@HyperMan Does schedule feel realistic to you? You’re running 6-10 titles in as little as 6 months. Are you getting the most out of this?

You guys are talking from a way different background than mine where I struggled with the most basic things that a man should learn until this point.

Since I was a little child I was the stoic figure in my family: I wasn’t expressing any pain and suffering to the point of extreme (read unhealthy) detachment and/or suppression. My mother told me I was the one supporting my father while he was afraid or impatient in certain things.

So the stoic approach of GLM can make me even more “suppressing”, so-to-speak.

I need a way different approach to my main/historical issues if I want to experience the reality that I desire.

So far, Chat GPT helped me highlight something that none even came close to observe in all these years of self-growth. Then it’s fair to say that it’s way wiser logically than everyone who tried to give me advices.

It’s incredible that in a matter of seconds, it crafted the last piece of the puzzle that I didn’t find in all these years.

The truth is that I always had everything I needed to experience the life that I wanted but the stoic refusal to acknowledge and allow my emotions, feelings and uncomfortable sides of myself to be felt and accepted as they were, it made me weaker and weaker.

Everything I tried to reprogram was already there way before I started my self-development journey. I tried to put an heavy armour on a very weak structure. So right now the priority is to reboot my nervous system to an healthy enough level so he can sustain all I want to accomplish.

However it does not need to be perfectly healthy and subliminals shouldn’t be a crouch when you know you can walk without them.

That’s cool that it is helping you. Not at all suggesting AI is not helpful. I was talking about Regeneration

For example, if you look at the below you can see it has made up some titles. AI can be start to hallucinate, so the information might not be totally accurate

This is good stuff.

The Innner Spa effect can simply be that you will feel less intense recon that you would have felt when undergoing this deep healing without it.

And the positive effects might take time.
You might be healing from a life long overstimulated nervous system.

Also, I recommend doing more rest days with Regeneration.

The most obvious metric you can know that Regeration is working is that over time, less and less things will trigger a stress response inside of you. You will become calm and relaxed on a nervous system level (i.e. true integration), not just on a mental stoic level.

I’ll use it for the next 12 weeks to improve my inner baseline and heal whatever needs to be healed. Right now, I feel less burdened, and the overall tension in my body is slowly losing its grip.

Maybe I won’t need to use subliminals anymore to fix myself in an endless cycle of identity-shifting tactics, externally driven, after some major inner issues are healed with enough exposure on Regeneration.

Today is the first time that by deciding of doing another day off Subs I don’t feel guilty or FOMO but a slight sense of relief.

I’m definitely more connected to my body and my senses at certain times.

Just finished the allergic tests and my doctor finally gave me the cure for the next year.

Since several months I had several health issues especially at night so it was a great source of stress that it’s going to subside in the next weeks, I guess.

I feel that this is the year of the final breakthrough.

After having some pretty good results in terms of self-expression, higher energy in social settings, more clients searching me for at the gym and moderate recon at times + some FOMO after 2 days ago (when I played a 5-min Regeneration loop), today I reduced the listening time to 3 minutes,just to be on the safe side. Also I thought about adding a second title after safely building up Regeneration to a full loop.

Woke up this morning definitely earlier than usual with a lot of energy inside me.

My mind is racing with excitement for the possibilities & the breakthroughs that I’m sure are around the corner.

Reading the copy of Crown and Capital gave me a mixed feeling though.

I’m not 100% sure is the right title for me but it’s very tempting nonetheless.

Maybe stacked with Genesis to give me an even more clear direction on the most suitable path for me would be golden. Also I could cover even more foundational work on self-love and relationships too.
