is it still possible to grow taller after 30 and has anyone grown taller using any module on sub club

edit:

anyone over 25

for context, I’m average size but my brothers are at least 5’10 or above so I know its not a genetic thing…I’m 5’7/5’8

I’m in my mid 30s and I consider trying a different modality (to keep a processing power for more important stuff).
If it should work and I actually grow I can let you know.
It doesn’t say anything about EFHIs effectiveness, but about the general possibility.

I have used EFHI module in different customs. Not everyone, but had a solid exposure to it for around 6 months in varied customs

I am 186,5 cm at 30 yo
I remeber measuring before my first custom ever in 2024 and i was 185 cm

I have measured myself, as a way to check if my posture has affected me or not, since way longer and it always was 185.

I’d say with certainty it was the EFHI module working. Using it + Commanding Stature + New shifting experience core in a custom would potentially speed it up. But it takes time

I’ve ran limit destroyer before, multiple cycles, saw great results. But it’s definitely recon heavy for me.
