Really depends on the Synergy IME. Synergy Divine Dominion e. g. speeds integration up considerably.
The Golden One on the other hand needs a lot of bandwidth.
I mean i think it depends on the user… i have 8 in one of my customs and i think 5 each in the other 2 … probably take me a month to feel them maybe

Not to derail the thread but how would you purchase a house thru a joint venture?
That’s a crazy concept to me haha
I grew up around real estate investors, so it seems natural to me, but I can get how this can be seemingly out of nowhere if you’ve never thought about it before. It’s pretty easy to joint venture with somebody. Let’s say that a down payment for a house is $50,000, but you only have $25,000. So what do you do? Well, go up to somebody and say that you have $25,000, and that if they also have $25,000, you guys can put the down payment together on a house. Then you’ll pay the mortgage entirely. Or maybe he’ll pay the mortgage 50% with you too. Whatever, the point is that you can negotiate whatever both of you guys agree to.

It can be an investment for them even if you live in it and they don’t.
Perhaps you live upstairs and there’s a tenant downstairs.
Or a clause that after 7-15 years, you’ll sell the house and split the profit with them somehow
