I’m facing the same thing, tried submitting a ticket and it didn’t get submitted, and my custom still hasn’t arrived :upside_down_face:

@AnswerGroup unsure if I should open a support ticket officially but I’m just wondering, I ordered a custom ( Order # 2030834) on 11-28-25

Been about 5 business days. Not on the forum much these days so idk if yall are backed up cause of the holiday or something. Would just like to know more or less when to expect my custom to be delivered since my washout is almost done.

Please advise thnx.

Not Saint of Fire but they have been pretty backed up due to the holiday, not sure how far along they are but they have been goin hard at the queue

Only 5 days, take it easy :slight_smile: mine has been two weeks. It is holidays season so yeah probably a combination of increased work load and a hectic agenda with holidays going on and all.

It means you got a $30 discount for free and an improved mask. This is the same what is used for all the store programs, they are also in the Solace mask hehe :slight_smile:
