I would start with Regeneration and LBFH. Microloops. And nothing else in the mix.

I’ve actually used both, regeneration of old, and new, and lbfh both the title and a custom. The custom lasted like 5 cycles I believe. I could be wrong. I’m in a better place than I was back then, looking back. But still not where I need to be

Luckily LBFH cured that for me in one shot, but that came after a shit ton of emotional work lasting years.

what type of emotional work did you do, just out of curiosity. I might try

Since Saint also recommended LBFH for childhood upbringing relaxation, try that title if the social aspects of Summertime are freaking you out. But you’ll still have to train your nervous system to accept the calm as normal.
